Tri City Air Conditioning Co

We had a really good experience with them. They keep working and servicing our system. We have recommended them to 2 or 3 people. If they say they will be there, they will be there. They will be there when they say they will be there. They are professional. They do a great job. They keep their word. They come when they are going to come. My husband deals with them mostly.

I have used Tri-City Air Conditioning Co for a couple of years. I was satisfied with their service. They were courteous and professional. They told me what they did and what they were going to do and they gave me a receipt to tell me what they had done.

The service went well. They came 3 or 4 months ago and they are due to come over tomorrow. It was a yearly comeback and it was about $300 a year. They came out to service us, they came because the heat had died and I need to get the maintenance and they came out and fixed it, it was good.

I had very good experience with Tri-City Air Conditioning Co. I have not had any serious issues addressed by them. Everything is fine service but I really didn't have much of anything to do except maintenance except I had them replaced a heat pump and I was very pleased. There were a few things that weren't exactly to my satisfaction and the came back even though they weren't obligated to do that. They come twice a year, Spring and Fall for maintenance. They've been very good about scheduling that and coming when they were supposed to.

Overall the experience with Tri-City Air Conditioning Co went well. They are very prompt and reliable. They call before they show up. They are pretty good about putting on shoe covers and making sure that you are informed as to what they are doing and what they've completed. They are very professional.

Tri-City Air Conditioning Co have always been very good. They usually try to get out fairly quickly and they come on time.

I have used Tri-City Air Conditioning Co for a while. They come every 6 months for maintenance and they service all 3 of my units every time they come out. They are fantastic, they are efficient, the people who come are always dressed properly, you are never worried about opening the door for them and the guys who have come are all very professional. They are on my to call list because I am due for maintenance at the end of May.

We've had good service with Tri-City Air Conditioning Co. We've had them for several years, I think we've been dealing with them for at least 5 years. My husband deals with them, I never deal with them myself one on one. I know that if we have a concern, they are generally prompt in coming out and taking care of whatever it is. They give you a heads up when you're not thinking about when it's time for your annual maintenance or whatever the contract says. They give you a call before hand to make sure that you remember and set out an appointment time to come out. They do what they say they're going to do when they come. I think their price is reasonable.

Tri-City Air Conditioning Co are great. They check the air in the fall and the cooler in the spring. If there is something for them to come out for, you don't get the service call fee, you just get charged whatever the repair work would be. They came in and checked it out and everything is fine. That's all there is to it. They do a thorough check. They are on time and courteous, and efficient. Responsiveness is good, we had an anomaly one time and they came right out. Turned out there wasn't a problem so there was no charge.

They are very professional and they know what they are talking about. They identify the problem quickly and get it fixed.

I think Tri-City Air Conditioning Co are terrific. They came for the fall checkup on my furnace and discovered that I had leaking carbon monoxide, so they had to replace it. The furnace had a small crack in it - I saw it when they hauled it out from the crawl space under the house. I have natural gas. They had to replace that and then they put a new thermostat in. I'm used to the manual ones, and this is one where you push the button, so I'm working at getting used to that! They were efficient, they were very professional and they did it when they said they would do it. I've been using them for about three or four years for my checkup. I usually get a yearly contract, and the advantage of that is that I get priority if I have to call them out, I would be a preferred customer. They wanted to replace my A/C when they were doing the furnace, but I said I know the A/C is old but there's nothing wrong with it.

The experience was good. We've been using them since 2008. We had a contract where we got 3 services for the price of 2. They call and remind us when they are coming so that is helpful. They are really professional. They are probably not the cheapest around but they seem trustworthy. Their price is fair; I don't know what other people charge.

I've used Tri-City Air Conditioning Co for years. They showed up on time and did the work they said they were going to do. I usually have a contract with them and it usually expires in a year so they come out. I decided not to renew my contract because I'm going to go with somebody else. for the most part, I've been well satisfied with the quality f the work. Their technicians appear knowledgeable and well-trained with all their certifications. If I had to call, I leave a message, if they're busy they call me right back.

My experience with them went really well. We are under contract with them, so we like the fact that they will come on out once a year and service our units and make sure everything is up and running for the winter or summer. We have had good success with them.

After an initial check, it was determined that the circulation fans in both air handlers were not working. Apparently age had finally caught up with them. The parts were ordered and a return appointment was made. The technician called on the date promised and the work was performed the following day. The technician did an excellent job, tested the new parts, re-tested the whole system and departed.

I called Tri-City Air Conditioning strictly on the basis of what I had read about them on Angie's List. My heat pump had "died" and I was not happy with anyone I had used before. I placed a phone call to them on a Monday morning and they had someone to my home within 2 hours! The technician showed up in a van with their company name and logo clearly visible, introduced himself and proceeded to the unit to check out the problem. When he was finished with his inspection, he clearly explained the problem, the cost and offered me a service contract which in buying would eliminate the service call cost and reduce my parts cost. The service contract would give me 2 inspections per year and a reduced cost of parts. The technician took his time and did his job very professionaly. He placed covers over his shoes so as not to track debris into my home also. A very pleasant experience compared to some I had in the past.

From the sales rep to the final checkout technician the TriCities Air Conditioning employees were true professionals They were very experienced and answered every question asked of them. The installers hauled off old unit and cleaned up everything like they were never here.

As I already mentioned, I have used Tri-Cities off and on for at least ten years, and they are knowledgeable, just more expensive than I prefer.

It could not have gone better!!...From the very nice lady who answered the phone to the technician that came out to fix our unit,I really could not have asked for a better experience! It didn't hurt any, that the repair was inexpensive...what a relief!

They contracted the insulation work. To get into my attic, the entry is in my mater bedroom. They guys left a mess in my bedroom, insulation was everywhere and they didn't clean it up. I called them to tell them they needed to find a better contractor. Everything else was good.
