Description of Work: My gas furnace wouldn't light, They arrived a few minutes before scheduled time, diagnosed quickly, Parts not on there truck but they located and acquired them quickly, replaced and tested. Provided answers to questions related to heating and cooling. Professional.

Description of Work: Called Lane Thompson when our gas furnace stopped working. They set up a service apt in just a few days, showed up on time and diagnosed problem. They found a circuit board was bad, this was possibly due to a nearby lightning strike last summer. The board had to be ordered and they had to return to install it, but didn't charge us extra after the initial estimate. We'll be using them again, very satisfied with their service! Had never heard of them before, but found them on Angie's List. Add us to their list of satisfied customers.

Description of Work: Has done a summer and fall check up for me and maybe installed a pump. The lady tech who came was patient, knew what she was doing, and did a little extra like cleaning out the leaves. Will use them again esp. the lady tech, and have recommended them to others.

Description of Work: They cleaned and tune up my heat pump. They advised me how to run it in the summer for best performance. The woman who came was personable, polite, and professional. I only want her to come and work on my equipment. She replaced a couple of parts that were worn and she cleaned the entire system. top to bottom. or front to back. Recommended her to my neighbor who thought she was wonderful and the service great.

Description of Work: Franklin Lane was very prompt in his response to my AC problem. He came exactly at the time of appointment. He quickly analyzed the problem--checked other possibilities (freon, etc) and replaced the capacitor. He did a seasonal maintenance on other unit as requested. He found a burned wired and fix

Description of Work: A/C was not cooling and Franklin added 3lb of Puron to system and looked extensively for any leaks. Returned on 8/21/2012 to see if unit had lost any Puron, which it had not, and brought Gordon, whose specialty is finding leaks, with him and again they could not find a leak. There was no charge for return visit and they will return in spring to check system. I am very comfortable with Franklin and would definatly recommend his service.

Description of Work: My AC quit working and I ddin't know who to call, so I joined Angie's List and Lane Thompson came so highly recommended I decided to try their service. What a nice experience. They were prompt, experienced, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and fixed my problem in short order, without charging me and arm and a leg. I was very pleased and I will definitely use theri service again!
