Description of Work: Called and they came out next day. Very professional and honest. The had to dig down into my landscape area to where the lid was for septic tank and I was very impressed when they covered back up, doesn't look like anything was dug up, they even planted my flowers back, very impressed. They were upfront and honest telling me about an issue that didn't need immediate work but to let me be aware. Overall, highly recommend!

Description of Work: I had contacted two different companies to pump my septic tank. Both companies said they could not find the septic tank even though I had a map. I called Davis and they came out immediately. They found the tank right where the map said it was. The problem was that the tank was 5 1/2 feet deep. The other companies did not have the proper equipment to fine it. They told me it was too deep for them to dig up and that I needed to have someone come with the proper equipment to dig it up. They recommended someone to me. I contacted the person they recommended, a Mr. Tony Stout, and he came out and uncovered the tank. He then put in a riser and a heavy cap on the tank. We called Davis back and they came up right then and pumped the tank. I have to say that I have never worked with a nicer gentleman than Tony Stout. He knew exactly what to do and ever brought grass seed and straw to fix the all the ground back. He even used excess dirt to put in another trouble spot we had and planted grass there also. He was such a professional. Davis told me he was the best and that was why they recommended him. We were very pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They came and pumped our septic tank. They are always very pleasant. They don't make a mess of the dirt they have to dig up or leave a trail of septic sludge through the yard from the hose.

Description of Work: Davis Sanitation Services pumped out our septic tank. We recently purchased our home and they informed us that the tank had not pumped in a long time. It was full of sludge. They were able to remove all the sludge and clean the tank out to the bottom. We had no issue with the work they did. The problem is that we had a new asphalt driveway poured a few days before (we informed their dispatcher) and they backed their truck on the driveway and dug a 1 foot by 2 foot hole all the way through the driveway. All they said was they did not know the driveway was new, if they did they would have run a long hose from the street. They scraped the asphalt back in the hole (which looks terrible) and they did not try to make any amends for the damage they caused. Fortunately, Fuller Paving said they would fix the hole...no charge.

Description of Work: They were fast, punctual, worked hard, cleaned the work site, and provided what seemed to be honest information relating to the health and safety of the septic system. Plus they were local and had done other work in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: We were having back up problems with our pipe/s. We did not know when the septic had been pumped out last as we have lived here 8 years, and it had never been done. It turned out we did have a clog in one pipe causing the problem which the gentleman so nicely cleared for us, as it was close to the septic pipe empty into area. He pumped our septice tank out as we are good now for years to come. I would use this company services again. Prompt, professional, good price, and solved our problem! Thank you.

Description of Work: Called them on Monday, they said they would be out by lunch time on Tuesday. They called on their way, said they would be therein 30 minutes. They were. I was quoted $205 unless they had to dig deeper than one foot to find the lid to the septic tank. They found the lid location, they dug and it was about 2.5 feet down. That is the reason for the additional money. They cleaned out thetank, had me flush toliets to make sure the system was operating as it should. The reviewed the drawings of my system, explained all of the items on the drawing. Told me to use bakers yeast, stay away from RidX. I had not been using RidX as I had been warned of the ill effects of it before. They replaced the lid, shoveled the dirt back into the hole and replaced the sod. All in all,they did a good job, they were on time, the price increase was something that I had been told about when calling to set up the appointment so that was not a surprise. I would hire them again and would tell friends and neighbors that they did a decent job forme.
