I called on Wednesday and they came out on Friday (would have come out the next day but I had a conflict). They called before they came out and were very punctual. The guys were very nice and very informative. They pumped the tank and gave me information regarding tank tips. They put all the dirt and mulch back so well that you can't even tell they were here. Thank you! I will definitely be calling them back in the future.

I thought that the septic needing pumped was my problem. But, they explained that my septic did need pumping; but that would not solve my problem. They gave me the option of pumping or not since it would not solve my problem. I went ahead and told them to pump the system. They diagnosed my problem and gave me another plumber as a contact that came right out and fixed the problem.

They offered to come the same day we called. They were up front about their pricing. They called to let us know they were on their way. Arrived as scheduled. Very nice people. I would hire them again

It was great. I was able to call on a Sunday morning and set up the appointment. The phone number on this site has changed. It is 423-246-9715. I found it after looking for the correct number after looking at the Angie's list reviews here. They said they would be at my house between 9:00am and 10:00am and even called to let me know the guys were on the way and would be there in a half an hour. They arrived on time and were very efficient at getting the job done. It took about 40 minutes ( I knew where the lid to the tank was so hunting for it took a short amount of time).

Far better service than we hoped. There's definitely a reason this service has the highest number of "A" ratings on Angie's List. It had been 9 years since the house was built and I had delayed having the system serviced because there are only 2 people in the household and we travel a lot. I guess correctly that our adding bacteria over the years had kept things working smoothly. Davis service people told me that there were a number of things we could do to help insure continued excellent operation of our system. WHAT WE WERE DOING WRONG: Many of the more expensive brands of toilet tissue have cotton in the content. Cotton doesn't breakdown as efficiently as paper materials and the fibers can make its way out to the septic dispersion field and clog things up. If that happens, the field has to be dug up and cost can be very high. We also were paying far too much for Rid-X when we should be using Baker's yeast and other food based bacteria like you find in yogurt to power our system's bio-culture. Who knew?! A FEW WORDS ABOUT THIS SERVICE: Overall, the service took less than 30-minutes. To call it a surgical process would be slight exaggeration, but I'm tempted to go that far because it was a no fuss, no muss task that these men knew how to do very well, and their process was every step of the way intended to serve our best interest. So, it would be fair to say that if I had a surgeon who did the job with as much efficiency and care to attention and detail, I would be proud to recommend them.

There's a reason they are number one in the number two business on Angie's List. I was able to quickly reach the provider and had an appointment within 24 hours. They called before they came and were on time. The workers were friendly and knew what they were doing. They found the tank lid, dug it out, showed me the problem, pumped the tank, showed it to me when it was empty, and then tested it. It took around an hour for the work to be done.

They did good because they did their job. When they were done, they showed that the tank was empty and they just showed me things to make sure that everything was done. The price was reasonable but I just don't remember the exact amount. The quality of work was good and the owner came to check on the workers and over saw everything to make sure the work is done well.

Team was prompt and knowledgable. They gave some tips to help keep the septic system in good working order as well as suggestions for improving the reliability of the system. My only real complaint is the amount of mud that was tracked on our porch and driveway. Considering the tank location, this wasn't necessary and easily avoidable. Other than that minor annoyance, I would recommend them.

Fantastic!!! We noticed a back up when completing a load of laundry which made for a fun Saturday Night with the Wet and Dry vac in the basement. We called and Spoke to Pam first thing Monday and she said it would be no problem to get us today but it would be after lunch time. She called back around 11:45 am or so telling me the driver was 15 minutes out and true to form they were here. I had a 99 percent idea on where the cap was and the driver confirmed it. They gave me an estimate to dig it up then a final estimate to complete the cleaning. They gave tips on how to extend the life between pumpings along with products to use and not to use. I tried to offer them some hot coffe since it was pretty cold out but they both politely declined. Both of the employees were very professional and courteous. They got it done in about an hour. The comment made by my wife and Nanny were, you can barely tell they were here. They've got my business and recommendation if anyone needs service.

They came the very next day after we called them. Received a call on that day and within fifteen minutes they arrived. The job was done in a timely manner. We were given advice and a description of what has happened over the years with the septic tank. Professional and courteous. I will certainly use them again. Without reservation I recommend them highly. If the lid is uncovered, then the cost is less; which we had done so that all they had to do was lift the lid to begin pumping.

Located the septic and found the problem quickly

Davis dug out the septic tank lid, removed lid and found root ball in inlet pipe to tank. Also noted tank appeared to have a leak, not bad though, water level was not too low compared to the little use it gets. He did recommend a company that would repair the tank if we pursued that option. I got in touch with a local plumber who replaced the inlet pipe for minimal fee and did not recommend the tank repair. Davis did an acceptable job, his intentions were to return to pump the tank, but we decided not to upon the plumber's recommendation.

Service was great!! Can't say enough about this provider. Arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Went above and beyond was was originally needed. Will DEFINITELY use again!!!

Extremly happy with there work and knowlage.

Luckily I had the map of the septic system that sped up the location of the tank but not the location of the cap. They were able to locate the cap by utilizing a probe and prepared to dig. Prior to digging, a tarp was placed on the grass for the dirt and insured that the area was cleared of wires, hoses etc.The pumping went without incident. Upon completion, the hole was filled and due to the location barely noticeable. They appeared to be be very knowledgeable and were free to give tips to prolong the time between cleanings.

Overall service - excellent. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, quick response,overall excellent job. Happened to call when they had a truck down for repairs, so response was delayed beyond what it would have been otherwisem. I feel they worked me into the schedule in a resonable amount of time, even if the truck hadn't been down. Day of service they were later than expected due to a tire blow out en route. My only complaint was that they didn't call to let me know they'd be late...I called them when they didn't arrive 15 min past expected arrival time. They were quick with their work, despite having to locate and dig up the septic tank entrance. Gave us some very helpful info re: our tank. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

On time. Worked well with the plumber. Gave me suggestions on how to keep the Septic system functioning properly. I would recommend them to any one.

The driver called while on route to my house to let me know when to expect him. When he showed up, I explained I did not know where the tank was, but the previous owner had it pumped about 5 years earlier. He quoted me a price for finding the pumping the tank. The worker then spent 10 minutes poking around the yard searching for the tank. He found it and started digging. He found the tank, but the lid was not where he expected it. He continued to dig. This was a big job. He called fellow workers to help him find the cover. The finally found the cover just as we were discussing other options. They filled in the hole they dug except for where the cover was and proceeded to pump the system. They determined I had a custom septic tank and it was larger than normal for the time when the house was built. That is why the cover was not where they expected it. He had me flush the toilet and check that the flow was normal and strong. He verified the drain were working. They replaced the cover, and put back all the dirt and grass. I then marked where the cover is in relation to the meter on the house. This way I will now where it is next time. Final Note: They are hard honest workers and I would recommend them to anyone.

Davis Sanitation arrived within 30 minutes after I called them, uncovered the tank hatch, pumped the tank, covered it back up and cleaned up and finished within 2 hours. These guys are the BEST!

These guys are simply the best - don't bother to call anyone else. They arrived on time with clean equipment. They were professional, respectful and friendly. They have safe work habits and are confident in their work. They left us with specific instructions on how to properly maintain our septic system. I'm keeping their number handy!
