Their work was excellent. They did some finish trim on the outside that I did not even expect. They provided a quality door with quality craftsmanship.

The salesman arrived a little late and laid on the "good ole boy" persona thick. He was trying very hard to make a sale, but would not give us a price until he spoke with his boss about the issues we had noticed with the previously installed Champion sun room. We did not have a transferred warranty due to previous owners not contacting Champion of the sale. A repair man and the manager came down to our house, removed the vinyl that was covering the bottom exterior of our sun room and placed some metal flashing to try to weather-proof the beams and plywood that was underneath. The repairman also looked at doors and windows in sun room to see if they needed to be adjusted and provided us with keys to the doors. We were charged a $75 repair fee which we agreed too.The salesman returned a few days later to measure windows and give us an estimate. He continued to "good ole boy" persona but it was not as thick as before. During his sales pitch, he named Window World by name and talked very poorly of them and there warranty. Stating that Window World would not replace windows that were damaged, that they would just repair them. This turned us immediately off to Champion. We had already had Window World at our house for an estimate and they only gave facts about there company. We did not feel comfortable going with a company that feels the need to throw their competition under the bus to make a sale. There prices were very high and the salesman gave us all kinds of discounts and "last minute deals" to try to get a more competitive price. In the end, we went with Window World because they were cheaper, had a much better warranty that is transferable to future owners, and were much more professional than the salesman for Champion.

I felt they were trustworthy. They completed the job on time. Their craftsmanship was good quality. I would highly recommend them. I will use them in the future.

The windows have really saved me on my electric bill. They are very easy to clean. I am very happy with my new windows. The staff was very good as well.

Salesman was very nice and very informative; prompt and courteous. Did not pressure sell. When window, which was made elsewhere, arrived 3 weeks later, it did not fit. The installers were very nice and professional with their installation of the temp. window. Then, contact with Champion went down hill. Weeks would pass with no word. We would call them and be told they would call back but no one would call. At one point, we were told that they did not know where the window was. There just wasn't any feed-back at all. Finally, my husband was able to get through to a supervisor and a week or two later we were told that the window was in and ready to be installed. It was finally installed and we really like the window and it appears to be a quality window and is installed very well. The job took from May 27th to Sept. 10th for one window.

We went to the local Champion showroom to see what they had. We were not pressured there but someone was available to answer all of our questions. We liked what we saw so we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The estimator/salesman was just a few minutes early. He pulled in immediately behind my husband who was running late. The salesman gave us time to get settled in before coming to the door. He was very friendly and nice. He asked what we were looking/hoping for from his company. He was able to describe the advantages of his product without trashing his competitors. After finishing his sales pitch, demonstrations and answering our questions, he worked with us to get a price we could agree with. He understood when we told him we were not ready to sign a contract that evening. We had already gotten 2 estimates and were considering getting one more. A couple of days later, we stopped by the office to sign the contract. The windows arrived a week earlier than expected. The installer, yes, just one guy, arrived on time and got right to work. On the first day Don removed and replaced all nine of the old windows. Since the exterior trim was to be covered, he removed the old windows from the outside. This kept the interior trim from getting damaged during the removal. He also cut and bent all the trim that was to be installed on the second day. Our old trim had an extra step or two that most windows do not have. Don took care to get the new trim bent to fit the old trim exactly. He sealed around all the edges. It looks wonderful. Even though the salesman had explained the windows, Don went over the mechanics of the windows again to make sure we understood. One of the windows had a small crack in one corner, almost un-noticeable. Don wrote it up and it has been replaced without any trouble. I liked that Champion replaces the windows AND covers the exterior trim in one contract. They have their own installers put in their windows. If something ever goes wrong, I won't get stuck in the middle while the manufacturer and installers blame each other. Champion was the highest of the 3 estimates we got. However, estimate #1 did not include covering the exterior trim. While estimate #2 was for the same amount of work, it was within $100 of the estimate from Champion. I'm happy we went with Champion.

We had a salesman come to give us a quote. It took a couple of hours, but so did every other salesman we compared. After meeting with others, comparing quality of product and warranties, we discovered that Champion seemed to have the better product and warranty - even though there were other companies cheaper. After we decided to purchase, an installation manager came to measure very quickly. Then the windows came in a couple weeks before we were even expecting them! The installer arrived promptly, was very professional, and did an excellent job. There was a small problem, but Champion representatives solved it very much to our satisfaction. They did an excellent job!
