Service was very good, but he follow-up was non-existent. I called two days later to see if a new coil might be available. Service manager was not aware of my situation, and had to refer back to service report. He explained my options and informed me the cost of the repair would be high. He suggested the money would be better spent on a new install, which I agreed with. A request to have a sales person contact me has never materialized.

They were very punctual. They came first thing in the morning and called before they arrived. They were very nice and personable. I wasn't actually there when they arrived. My mother-in-law was there watching my son and had nothing but nice things to say about them. Their price was reasonable and they discussed everything in detail with my husband over the phone. I would definately use them again in the future.

I got them from Angie's List and am very pleased with them. They did all this in seven hours and really did a very thorough job. They vacuumed everything and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional, I asked questions and they answered them as the job went along. I was very pleased with them.

We signed up for their service agreement after they did a good job in repairing duct work at our son's house. They checked our system, found a leak. We had just bought the house and had no information so they found owner's manuals for us. Their research showed the coil was still under warranty so they handled the paperwork and got the company to provide the parts, all we paid was labor. We wouldn't have otherwise known this and it saved us several hundred dollars. We signed up for a three year plan for semi annual system checks.

We purchased a home at auction and discovered that the heat pump was not working at all. We called several places for estimates to replace the heat pump and settled with Advanced. They ended up needing to replace the heat pump and install all new ductwork throughout the entire house, including installing an attic access since there was not one before. Advanced worked with us for several weeks until we decided on which unit to have installed. This was a large job which included running all new ductwork, wiring, cutting vent holes and installing vents, the whole nine yards. It took over a week to get everything done, but the company was totally professional the entire time. They cleaned up all the mess (including sheet rock dust where they had to cut holes for the vents) and I have recommended them to anyone who is looking for HVAC work.

It was the weekend of our family reunion and I had 26 people here for the day. It was pretty hot outside and the a/c was not keeping up. I knew I had to do something. I looked in the yellow pages and called several places that advertised services 7 days a week (it was a Saturday). I got quotes from them, and most charged 1-1/2 times their hourly rate for weekend work. Advanced's rate was quite a bit lower than the others, so I called them. I explained the problem, and the serviceman said he had another appointment that was out of town, but he would come by my house first since I was in town. He arrived in about 15 minutes and very quickly diagnosed the problem-our condensate pump wasn't pumping so the float was causing the a/c to cut off. He emptied the reservoir and then told us that either they could come back and fix it, or if we wanted to do it ourselves, we could go to a home improvement store and buy a pump and install it. He also took the time to check the whole system, and he explained to us that our heat pump was probably going to need replacing in the next year or so. What surprised me was that he didn't pressure us to let them replace it right then, which is what I would have expected. He was honest and helpful and I appreciated that he told us what was wrong and gave us the option of replacing the pump ourselves (it was a really simple fix). He didn't try to push us to make a hasty decision about getting a new system. Because of that, we will probably call Advanced when it is time to replace our system. Not only was their service call rate much lower than the others, but the service tech was knowledgeable and nice, with no pressure.
