Description of Work: I used Frontier Basement System for basement waterproofing. They came out to give me an estimate for repairing a part of my basement that had mold in it and we did not take them up on it because it was too much money and the work that they wanted to do was more than needed to be done.

Description of Work: Nick was great in explaining the project and helping to decide what to purchase. Hermes and his crew were awesome! They were on time each day and very professional When changes to the project needed to be made they explained what was needed and asked us for approval before doing the change. The only negative was communication between the time of the sale and the time the work started. I had to call the company several times for status rather than have them call me with status. For example, I had to call the day before the work was to begin to make sure they were coming the next day. Communication between the company and the customer needs to be improved. On the positive side, we now have a dry basement and are very pleased with the finished project. |Jim and Ann

Description of Work: very please - they encapsulated my crawl space. my crawl space was dry - I did not use them for the rental property because of the moisture in the crawl space. There system was not as good (again when there is moisture in the crawl space) as the provider that finally did the waterproofing at the rental property.
