The Chimney Doctors

The young man was a good worker. The father ran his mouth all the time and made the boy do almost all the work. The son was courteous and polite but little talking--he was too busy. I felt the cost was a little high for the service. This is the 2nd time I've done a review on them. You should have the 1st one on file.

The Chimney Doctors know what "service" means. They were nice, professional and completed the job quickly.

I believe that the prices was a little bit high, however, being that I live in an area where there is no competition for this service, I have no way to compare. I did price the materials used to perform the service, that’s how I came to my conclusion. In all fairness though, the guy was great and I can no longer do that type of work so I guess I can’t complain.

Cleaned the dryer vent but forgot his tools to do the chimney cleaning. He was very apologetic and embarrassed. Said he would have customer service call me to reschedule but that was almost a week ago and no call.

This business is the best! They were very informative and helpful in our selection. Very friendly. They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up, not a drop of debris or dirt left behind. I recommend this company 100%.

I enjoyed the experience the cleaner explained every portion of what he was doing, which allowed me to have an even greater understanding of what was being done.
