Ben was excellent in all the work he accomplished at our home. He went above and beyond in terms of quality of work and worked well with us with regards to scheduling. I will definitely hire again for other home projects. The price was very fair, and completely worth it knowing that the jobs were completed with great care and diligence.

It was good. I asked them to break it down for me because I told him I thought it was really pricey. He came down off of it a little bit, but he never gave me an itemized. That was what I had asked for, an itemization. It was just a total price kinda thing and he knocked maybe $200, but it was still $700. I know handyman services are probably expensive, but I wasn't real impressed with the amount I had to pay. To improve the quoting process and service they could break down and give you an estimate on what each one will cost so the customer can see what the labor is. That was just the labor, I still had to buy the materials. So all of those little small things, labor was going to be about $1000 and I would have to pay for the items or whatever I needed. I thought that was a lot for labor. He was very professional and a nice gentleman. I believe he was right on time. It just took a while for them to give me the second estimate.

We selected this vendor bye reviewing a local Christian radio station's handyman listing and then by using Angie's List. They are listed on both. The vendor is a local family owned business. The initial call was answered promptly. The person was very upbeat, friendly, seemed extremely knowledgeable about repairs such as this. The person making the repair came by the house about an hour after the call. An estimate was given to repair each door individually. We authorized the repair and the handyman returned the next morning on time and with the materials needed to make the repair on the outer door. The handyman proceeded to remove the damaged outer door and frame. The repair was outstanding. He worked very deliberately. He took his time and made sure everything was lined up on the new door and frame. The cost was what he had estimated; $150 to remove the old door and frame and install the new ones plus the exact cost of the materials (door and frame). We are extremely pleased with the repair and will definitely use this vendor in the future. We have used several handyman services previously with the "normal" issues of not being on time, not having the material needed, poor quality of workmanship. There were no issues with this repair. We highly recommend their services.

Punctual and finished work looked good.

Job was bid and scheduled in a very timely manner. Tile installer was polite, on time, and kept the mess to a minimum. Just a couple of minor fixes after installation, but they have been quick to resolve.

Jere was our painter and we removed wallpaper and put up new paper with barnwood chair rail and he painted the lower portion of the wall. He did the entire foyer and it looks great. He arrived a few minutes prior to appointment time and finished a day early! What more can you ask???

My wife had wanted this work done for a long time now. Initially I wanted her to pick colors and fixtures and then let a general contractor take care of every aspect. After nearly a year of planning and searching we ended up going with Turn2Us. While I initially hoped for someone to manage this project for me, I feel like I ended up managing every aspect. From designing the remodel, making sketches, buying & delivering materials to contacting the subs to make sure someone was going to show up. It seemed that things job got off to a rocky start at first. The project was delayed a few days for various reasons. I also had quite a few miscommunications with the estimator including a little back-pedaling on his quoted price. I also dealt with a few days of little-to-no progress after the bathroom was demoed, and a question of ethics with a hired subcontractor. I felt that most issues that arose were a result of poor project management. That issue was eventually corrected with a phone call to Josh Goode. The project went much smoother once I established an open line of communication with him. All things considered, the finished results were worth a few stressful days. Through the whole project, this company's saving grace was the tile guy, Josh Smith. Josh was a solid worker and did an excellent job turning my little drawing into a beautiful shower that we love! This being the second job that I have hired Turn2Us for, I trusted Josh and his crew to be fair and honest. But more importantly, I felt he would stand behind his work and address any issue I had.

This company provides excellent communication and comes through on all commitments. Work that they have performed for me is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for any need I have.

HORRIBLE! This vompany wasted our time! Since they never showed up at our home for the appointment that was made!

Fair price, on time and work done as promised. Even though he had to take care of a hornet nest in the wall before starting the work.

Never went beyond the quoting stage. The price they asked was out of line and did not include materials. They did offer to pick up the materials and delivered them to my home after they were paid for. I have never hired a contractor that did not include the required materials. I did reach out to the estimator with a counter offer but they never responded back.

Called and made an appointment. The appointment setter was very nice, the estimate was scheduled quickly. The estimator came out talked a little about the process and went to his truck to write up the estimate. I said yes and then it was radio silent from the company, no calls about when to schedule the job, etc. Almost a week later I get a call from the person that's going to do the work (in their business model the estimator does not do the work nor was he at the job). The person did okay work, there was something that needed to be corrected and I took a picture and sent it. The estimator gave me a call and rather than simply saying we'll get someone out to check it out I was challenged, as in the issue wasn't the work it was the house. Finally they did send a specialist out that was able to correct the issue in about 10 minutes.

Mike came to estimate job. He seemed very knowledgeable about issues and offered input on home repairs. Price was good so we decided to proceed. However, things started to fall apart after that. I purchased a door through Home Depot upon his recommendation. Was told they would pick it up in town and deliver it to my house. Then Mike informed me they didn't have a way to haul it..? Carpenter and helper showed up (late) to install but didn't have tools to remove door hardware or materials to repair floor. Did a pretty awful tile job and ended up putting door hardware on upside down. I will give them credit for trying to fix the problems with the tile work though. Once I showed Mike how the job was left, Anthony was sent out to correct the problems. He showed up on a Saturday morning as promised and fixed the issues within about 2 hours. I was impressed with his work and attitude.

Work quality was excellent. Ben Spires was communicative, punctual, professional and friendly. He called to let me know when he was going to arrive; he made a quick follow up visit (4-days) to return to do jobs that I had forgotten to mention on his estimate visit. I bought the wrong size dog door for a replacement. He bought the proper size and returned in 4 days to finish He will talk to you about each job and will make sure you are pleased with the end result. I will use Turn 2 Us again, and I recommend them to you.

The guys were very good and professional. They are like most construction workers they never really start early but they got the job done. We like working with this group of guys and have already lined up some other rehab work for them.

Contractor Ben Spires did a wonderful job installing my security gate and sealing off my basement doorway. He was on time and was very polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. However, after thinking about the price for a while, I think that he over charged me for the work that was done. Ben was only there for 2 hours and he charged me $450 for labor.

We wanted to remove an old base cabinet to make more room in the kitchen. The upper cabinet had been removed by another contractor who made a mess of the wall. We had a special requirement in that it had to be done on the weekend because we have a number of dogs and wanted to be present. They don't ordinarily work on the weekends but were able to locate a subcontractor, Charlie Robertson, who was willing to work us in on Saturday. We had to change the time twice and he was flexible enough to accommodate our crazy schedule. He came on time, brought an impressive array of tools, removed the cabinet quickly, and cleaned up a mess that had accumulated under it, and he was going to try to get the cabinet reused, which was great. He was very sweet and professional and even let one of the dogs "help." We are already planning the next project that we want him to do for us.

Had a calendar mishap initially but has been professional and prompt.

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the work that was performed. Gary arrived on time and went right to work addressing the projects that we had previously contacted him about. He was attentive to the details of the project and had them completed in short order. Before he left, he cleaned up the areas in which he was working and hauled off the old, worn out, items. I will DEFINITELY be calling upon Turn2Us Handyman Services for any future projects that we need to have done.

Don't have the time to write a lot and my job was very small so not much to say (and too early to tell about effectiveness) , but these folks seem to do a good job for the small tasks I had them perform. They were professional, neat, seemed to know what they were doing , punctual and most importantly, ACTUALLY SHOW UP, which most of these yoyo's so called carpenters, roofers, handyman, painters, landscapers, etc, etc, do not do. I will be calling Turn2us back in the near future. I recommend them.
