My kitchen floor was severely warped and had 30+ years of layered board and vinyl. Brandon and Scott from Turn to Us showed up on time and began working immediately, They repaired and replaced the floor in less that 2 days and it is gorgeous! I could not have been more pleased with the timing, their attitudes and craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again.

Love this company !!!!! Easy to deal with. Very responsive and approachable. Very reputable. Roofing: We selected our roof type and color. Roof removal and new shingles placed in 2 days. They started on Friday and worked Saturday to finish. They tore only 1/2 the roof off they could get done in a day. They showed up promptly to work, worked all day with a short break. Very very industrious crew. They picked up the debris and nails off the ground when they were through. Left no evidence they were there, except a gorgeous roof. Pressure washing - the gentleman that came out worked all day to get the job done. He may have taken a small break. He was very detail oriented and he did a thorough job. He got all mildew, bug guts, and dirt out. Deck - Brandon and Scott were on it!!!! They did a great job removing and replacing the old deck. There were a couple of areas on the deck that could have been problems, but they solved these issues with aplomb. They cleaned up the area of all debris in a neat tidy pile so that it could get picked up following work day. They also started on a Friday and worked Saturday to finish up. All railings and flooring are solid and level. I would definitely hire Turn2Us again, as all their crews were polite, professional and on top of it. Dealing with the office and outdoor workers was smooth and effortless.

The best experience I’ve had in years with a handyman service. Completely transparent in skill and service. Josh and Scott kept me informed on progress and even saved me money offering options for me to choose the course of repairs that fit my budget. I will definitely be using Turn2us again!

This was the letter I sent to Turn2Us to accompany their questionnaire once work was completed: I am sure this was a longer process than Scott Herbert had anticipated as the originally scheduled date of 14 September had to be pushed back because Home Depot delayed the delivery of the door Scott was to put in…it finally arrived on the 24th. We also ran into problems with the weather…the items not related to the door could not be done because of what can only be described as “monsoon season in Chattanooga”!! Scott was great throughout and rescheduled as needed with a smile. When work finally began there were a couple of hiccups but again Scott worked through them with a smile and never once had a problem. We actually increased the number of posts being replaced on the porch from one to four and he got a new quote and took care of it. Work completed on 3 October with one of those hiccups (a trim piece break on the installed door) being replaced. Again, Scott did the job with no issues and a smile throughout. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to use your service. We will do so in the future for any other items we need to have completed.

Initial inspection went fine, but no estimate was ever given and I never heard from him again.

Johnny was prompt, reasonable, and was very customer friendly, would definitely use again.

I fully recommend the company. We live in a somewhat remote area and often choices among service providers are few. But Turn2Us was prompt, reasonable, friendly. Our handyman was Scott and honestly, there is nothing but praise due him and his work. No complaints of any nature. Definitely will use again.

Outstanding; Tim Holloway and Titus did an outstanding job specifically with the problem casement window and cellar foyer leaking issue. They’re good decent men and a real pleasure to watch them perform miracles.

Turn2Us were punctual, polite and very nice people altogether. They went above and beyond to help us. After a flooded basement was cleaned and dried up, they installed and painted new beadboard and reinstalled kitchen cabinets, toilet and pedestal sink. They replaced old window a/c with new mini split heat/cool system

Tim and his son were very hard working and very nice. They arrived on time every day and did a great job. I was very please with the work. Would definitely use them again

Turn2us’s Gary and Robin were excellent in both professionalism and trustworthiness. They had great attention to detail which produced the highest possible quality in finished product. I was very satisfied in their work and appreciated their knowledgeable performance of that work.

We called and setup a time for Turn2Us to take a look and give us an estimate. They arrived at the time agreed on. An estimate was sent to us via email which we agreed to having them do the job via a return phone call. The estimate was similar to the one given on the door repair at our home. Basically, it was an estimated price for the labor plus any materials needed. I noticed that they indicated the cost of a plumber in the labor estimate. That became an important piece of information as over the weekend before the repair was started, a water pipe burst underneath the house. I turned the water off at the meter and called the person who was going to repair the toilet to see if their plumber might possibly be used to also repair the burst pipe. It turned out he was the plumber. He agreed to come over and repair the leak at dusk on a Saturday night! The burst pipe was repaired within 2 hours of the initial call. As to the repair of the flooring and replacement of the toilets, The work was absolutely incredible! The linoleum was removed, the wooden support structures repaired, flange replaced, and the new handicap toilets were installed, and new linoleum was installed. Every aspect of the repair was way above expectations. They were on time every time, the work performed was of a superior quality, and there was little to no interruption of our days. Overall, there is zero doubt that we will use Turn2Us for any future handyman repairs! Highly recommended.

They repaired the fence, instead ceiling fans, fixed an electrical problem outside, fixed a tile, and fixed a screen. They were awesome.

The estimator neglected to note that the gable was ~40 high on the service order. The guys came out but didn't have a ladder long enough to reach and had to return to office/warehouse to get a longer ladder. Other than that -the job went smoothly. They finished the job quickly. They informed me that my roof was within 5-7 years of the end of life based on his inspection and he showed me some wear issues on my roof.

It was made up of several projects, 10 all together. It was for cleaning the gutters, replacing some of the fascia board where the gutters go, some general repairs on the siding on the house, rehang one gutter. The panels are wood panels and some of them are kinda rotting from water damage. It was professional from the receptionist that took my call, she was very professional to the gentleman that came out to do my quote. Just in general, the follow up has been very professional.

We live in Marion County, TN. We had golf ball size hail hit our roof, deck and gutters. We called Turn2Us Handymen to make the repairs. They were very easy to work with and always did a great job with communication. The house looks great and we couldn't be happier with their work.

They are very professional and efficient. Big Josh and Little Josh, Ben and everybody involved were extremely nice and skilled.

Everything went well. Payment and picking up things needed for job was very professional.
