The only problem we had is there were 2 appointments missed and a long lapse between when we purchased the cleaning and when the cleaning happened. The servicemen were great and the office was pleasant to deal with.

Joan answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and professional during appointment scheduling. Marc came out the very next day to do his inspection and give a quote for repair work. Unfortunately, our duct system was full of mold and water. The quote came in really quickly, and the replacement of the whole system was scheduled to be done within the next week. The team arrived on time and ready to do the job. Marc was here on site personally supervising the work for the majority of the job, and I was really impressed by that. The crew worked almost nonstop and completed the job within 2 days. Everyone was very polite and professional. We were very pleased with the job that they all did, and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who might need their services.

We live in an older home (1940) and to my knowledge, the ducts had never been cleaned. We are the second owners and there has been a room addition and a recent complete remodeling job since we moved here in 1990; we are natural gas throughout. A gentleman came out and reviewed the system and gave us an estimate;the crew came the following week. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing, as well as showing me what they had done; also wore shoe coverings over their shoes while in the house. They were finished in approximately 4 hrs. They attached a large vacuume on one end of the trunk line, and blocked the vents one at a time. Once that was done, they went under the house to clean the main trunk line using the same method where they cleaned a portion at a time. They were very courteous and professional at all times, and cleaned up after themselves. They also worked on the vent openings to adjust coming from carpet to flooring level. They were a bit more expensive than most, but I believe it was well worth it, especially not having been done before. I definitely will use them again when it is time to clean them again, and would highly recommend them. Be sure and use your coupon though, as I forgot mine!

My dryer vented into the garage, covering everything with a fine dust. DUCTZ installed the vent into the floor and used an existing house vent in the foundation to bring the duct to the outside. Very pleased with the results. Also, my down-draft stove vent needed turning so that they could drill through the floor and install that duct to the outside. Both vents work perfectly and I am very happy I had the DUCTZ company do the work right.

Very well, considering the company was having a tough week. (one of their trucks broke down the day before and a worker was having family issues, so they were doubling up their tickets.) The two men who came managed to keep their appointment with me, despite the 1-hour commute to a rural residence. They were efficient and able to do a break down for me of the estimate (one for ducts, one for HVAC unit, which I often have someone else do). Would recommend them.

I called DUCTZ on the recommendation of my A/C service provider and they were able to give me an appointment the next day. Fidel and his team arrived on time and were very professional and thorough. They were very friendly and explained everything before work began. They did not try to recommend unnecessary services but did answer questions and provide estimates for additional services when I asked. Work was completed to satisfaction within a reasonable period of time.

Went under the house when their tool stopped working and discovered that there was a lot of extra tubing so they shortened the vent tube so it would stay straight and be less likely to clog. There was quite a bit in there although not as bad as I had feared. I bought the deal for $69 and there was some confusion at the end. He presented me a bill and thought I had a $20 off coupon from Angie's List. I showed the Big Deal receipt and he took a copy of the receipt and said OK They were polite and professional and I have no complaints.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom that resulted in water running down the floor air vent and into the duct work in the basement. Our home warranty covered the plumber, however, insurance asked me to find someone to look at the ducts. From Angie's List, I chose to call Ductz based on previous reviews and could not have been more pleased. From the time that I called them, they were here within 40 minutes, looked at the damage, provided an estimate, and scheduled for work to begin later that afternoon. That day they pulled out our main trunk line in the basement, two side lines to replace, and the insulation inside our AC unit. The following day, they returned to replace everything that had been wet and clean the vents. The second day of work, my husband and I were unable to be at the house so the workers completed the job without us being at home and we had no issues negative issues of any type. We plan to use Ductz again for further work on our home.

The job went well except for a little difference in what I thought the scope of work involved and what they did. However it was quickly and satisfactorly resolved the same day.

They did well particularly given that our dryer vent is hard access and is extremely long.

They were extremely clean. They kept everything clean. They left everything better than it was before. I would use them in the future.

Did what they said and I was relieved to see they found hardly any lint in either line.

Someone showed up to do an estimate. He was professional and give me a quote after examining everything. The work crew arrived 2 days later right on time as well. They finished in about 3 hours and did a very thorough job. They attach a large vacuum on one end of the trunk line and block all vents and then proceed to clean down one vent at a time. Once that is done they clean the main trunk line using the same method where they clean a portion of it at a time. They came out again the next day to spray an barrier and sealant down 1/2 of the trunk line next to the HVAC unit as it had some mold in the line. Although it is expensive it is worth the money. I have heard that other companies charge much less but you get what you pay for, those companies probably just take a compressor and blow some air down the vents and call it quits. When it is time of the next cleaning I will be calling this company again.

The work they performed was much more than I expected. They were here more than 3 hours meticulously cleaning the ducts, scrubbing the vents in the floors, checking the system and cleaning the heating unit. They even re-attached a vent in the bathroom that was hanging loose (this was no easy task as it had to go over and around water pipes. It took them a half hour to accomplish this task they had not planned to do.) But they did this happily without hesitation. Both workers were very careful to wear booties in my home when they entered and exited. This also was tough since it was snowing outside. The heating unit was much worse than anyone could have expected. It had never been cleaned and was filthy. In fact it was a wonder it worked at all because it was so full of debris and insulation particles. Fidel worked very hard taking the entire unit apart, washing the fan and drain pan (in the snow) and cleaning the entrance and exit. I asked him to show me the unit when he was finished. He took me under the house into the crawl space before he put it back together and patiently explained what he did, what he found, and how he fixed it. Wow! Very nice, very professional.

The work they did turned out very well. We spent about $70 on that work. They were efficient, prompt when they came, got the job done and left. We thought that their prices were pretty average. One of their tools broke and my husband had to fix it for them to get the job done. They accomplished the job how we wanted it to be done.

Everything went well. They had to do a few girations to my tennants dryer to clean it, but they were able to get to it. Their work was good and there really wasn't any build up in there. The price was a good value for what they did.

It was great. They showed up on time. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote immediately.
