I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated. I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Furthermore, had the owner (who gave the quote and then never followed up until he wanted payment -- also leaving me to ask the contract worker what was even going on or whom I paid and when and how in the midst of hazardous and unsafe living conditions due to disease risk -- clarified the price point when I REPEATED THE NUMBER OUT LOUD TO HIM AND COMMENTED THAT IT SEEMED LOW) been direct, honest, and forthright with me, my insurance would have stepped in to cover it. Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it. Also, even if you don't think the number will meet your home insurance deductible amount, consult with them anyway. Now I'm retroactively trying to get insurance to help out, and they have many questions about the way the Ductz service was conducted AND concerns about the way it was documented.

Went as planned. The service tech showed up on time and was very professional. He cleaned the dryer vent and everything works well.

Never showed up X3 and never followed up after each missed appointment.

I guess it went okay. My wife was home but I received no invoice or report on the work that was completed or any recommendations for the future. I was also supposed to receive a quote for cleaning our HVAC ducts but that was not provided.

Well but would likely have only had duct work replaced if know replacing was only way to ensure odor was removed. Cleaning likely would not have happened

I called the office to schedule the vent cleaning and they were very professional and flexible, making me an appointment early the next week at the most convenient time for me. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule on the day of my appointment and contacted me to see if it would be okay for them to arrive a bit early and this was fine with me. They arrived, explained to me exactly what they intended to do and, without wasting a minute, one was on the roof and the other checking the lint trap and connections behind my dryer. Ten minutes later they were done. They showed me before and after pictures and the bag of debris removed from my vent line. I was amazed that the dryer had worked at all. That was it. They suggested (no pressure) we set up an annual cleaning and I agreed I would do so. Before they left the house I requested a quote for cleaning my HVAC Ducts and units. They were very happy to go through the 3-zone house and give me a very detailed estimate. I was very pleased with the service and estimate and intend to have them back to do the whole house.

Did a great job and cleaned the pipe thoroughly, which was lined with a lot of excess lint from using my steam dryer. It seems to stick to the walls of the pipe more.

Everyone was very pleasant to work with. There was a scheduling mishap where we weren't scheduled with the cleaning crew on the day we had agreed on but the scheduler was very apologetic and a group of guys showed up within two hours later and still performed a great job on the same day. Once there, the guys were very cordial and easy to work with and kept the areas cleaned up as they worked. Will use this company again in the future for dryer cleaning and heating/air unit cleaning

The guys did an excellent job, including sealing around some of the ducts where there were gaps between them and the ceiling and cleaning out the dryer exhaust and putting a new exterior cover on to prevent anymore birds from build a nest there. I will hire them again without question.

Quick, efficient and professional service.

Appointment was between 4 and 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. they called to cancel appointment. Since I work I refused and told them it had to be done now. They arrived at 5:30 p.m. They never called before 5 to say they would be late or could not make it. They did perform the job to my satisfaction and were professional, but because of my employment, I need to be kept in the loop of lateness or cancellation before the appointment time is over.

After installation, they applied the cleaning cost toward the new duct. The quality of work appears to be very good (mostly under the house). They were very professional and pleasant during their visit.

They were very professional, precisely on time and did an excellent job. The only (tiny) thing I would have liked that they did not do was to look at / clean the dryer vent where it attaches to the dryer. They only cleaned the outside part.

They came out to clean the dryer vent and I had them inspect it since a new addition made the run to the outside longer. No air was coming out when the dryer was running. They crawled under the house and checked everything out and I had them see if the venting could be rerouted. It could so I made an appointment to have them come back and install the new system. They came right on time and worked hard to crawl under the house and put in the new venting. they had to cut a hole in the brick siding and let me choose which type of outside cover I wanted. When they finished and calked around the outside opening it looked great. They had me turn on the dryer and you could see the vents open. They are both very professional and know what they are doing. I will definitely use them again,

It was sort of iffy. They came and I showed them where the dryer was. They looked at it and poked around behind it in a minute and then they said that they were going to do all their work from the outside which was fine as far as I was concerned but my outside outlet for that is kind of behind the bush and I showed them where it was. And then, I did not go back and look at it until after they had left and they had actually obviously pulled a bunch of junk out of the dryer vent but they had left it all lying on the ground and it was very mess so I had to go out there and rake it up. I was a little unhappy about that but I was happy to have the dryer cleaned. If I had not seen the offer on Angie's List, I probably would have put it off longer. It was just basically the cleanup that did not go well but they were polite and everything. I just did not check. I probably should have stayed behind them a little better but I was busy when they came. It was not that hard to clean it up but I just would have thought that that was something that they were instructed to do. I just paid for the price of the big deal. I went to them because Angie's List recommended them on the list of their special offers. They were fast and they arrived on time so I did not have any arguments about any of that. It was just mostly the cleanup. For the amount of time that they were here which was about 15 minutes, I thought that their price was a little high. As far as I can tell, the quality of their work was fine in terms of cleaning out the vent. I would probably look around for somebody else to use in the future but the fact that I live where I live in La Fayette which is a little bitty town, I tend to take whatever is available. Sometimes people do not want to come here from Chattanooga because it is 35 miles away.

They came, they were on time. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. For most duct work cleaning for our dryers, ours has an extended line and they handled and managed that very well. They came as scheduled.
