Action Air

Description of Work: When I called them to come out and add gas to my air conditioner they said they had to check and see if they had an appointment that day. When I said that I would call another company then they had time and come on over. They are professional about what they were doing and know what they are talking about. The tech explained everything to me. I was asking a lot of questions about the unit so I could learn more about HVAC. He told me he would be back the next morning with me new unit and have it installed and be done buy noon. Well it was about 1:30 before he got to my house. They did not bother to call and tell me anything about being late or what was going on or that the unit he ordered did not come in and he had to get a different name brand unit. And come to find out that this unit has had more problems then the one he was going to put in, in the first place. We will see how this unit will hold up???

Description of Work: Called on a Monday, they set me up for a service call on Tuesday afternoon. Technicians checked the charge on my heat pump and added refrigerant. The house is cool again, I'm happy.

Description of Work: Repaired a disabled unit. Got it running loke a sewing machine

Description of Work: I contacted this company last fall about a new system. Had an appointment, but they didn't show up. I didn't follow up then. Called again for them to come out to give me an estimate on a new system. A young man came and said I should have an estimate within a few days. I have called twice in the six weeks since they were here with zero response. I give up.
