 + -1 moreThe service was really good. We went with an insulated 16-foot standard door opening and its panels. We put new hardware on and rollers. We already had a new garage door opener so they just did doors and did all the adjustments and did a good job. It was really clean and they got it done right away. It was a good job. I would definitely recommend them. The pricing was good. We got some pricing from some other companies. For the style of the door and everything, they were definitely a good price. They were not the most expensive and they were not the cheapest; they were right in line with the price where it should have been for a door like that. The quality of the door was really good. The workmanship on the door and everything is probably going to last for twenty years if we do not run into it. They were real good and professional. The guy was really good and very efficient. There were no problems at all in between. They were on time and in fact, he was a little bit early. He told me what he was going to do and the layout. It was just like he said. He removed everything that needed to be removed and took it with him. So, that meant a lot too.

 + -1 moreI purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a fine job. We did not pay anything above the price of the deal. We did not have any other work done beyond what the Big Deal covered. When they came out they found they did not have one of the parts that they needed of the right size so they came and made another trip back to replace that. I recommend them and I would tell others that if they needed their door seals replaced to call them.
Description of Work: They did a garage inspection and the work also included a complete seal replacement on the door.

They tuned up 2 doors and repaired some things that were installed incorrectly by the people who initially installed the doors. They also made some support adjustments. One technician came out and completed the job in 30 minutes. He was friendly and completed the task without any difficulties. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I ended up replacing the opener due to the damaged part in the opener, and they showed up for the return visit on time, were fast, and the new opener works very nicely. Their techs call when they are on their way (which is great for a working person such as myself), and they are very punctual. Very professional group, I'll use them for my future garage door needs.
Description of Work: Replaced rollers and inspected garage door system. The opener had been having some serious problems and the motor was pretty well fried by some recent lightning that hit close to the house, and the tech diagnosed the problem right off.

The garage door is probably original to the house, 1961, and it now runs like it is brand new! The service tech was very polite and efficient, and offered suggestions to maintain other functions on the door to get another year or two out of it. It is not used very often, but he was also able to give suggestions and estimates on replacing it while on site.

 + -1 moreThe office staff did their job by calling promptly to schedule a visit. Once scheduled, they called to get the door size and color to make sure the technician will bring the right materials to the job site. They also said the technician will call at least 30 minutes before coming. No one showed up or called on appointment date which was a Friday afternoon. On Monday, the office called saying no one was home on Friday. We were home and waiting and did not have a missed call. New date was set. Technician showed up, but did not bring right color door seal. He said, he will go back to bring some or call to reschedule. That was about 2 weeks ago, no call and no show. So, I do not want to do business with such a company.

Description of Work: We recently moved into a new home and the garage doors desperately needed to be replaced. We visited the ACCESS booth at the 2014 Home Show and we were very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and particularly the owner. After explaining our situation, they gave us a bid in writing for the top of the line in product and service. We were told that the doors would take 3-4 weeks to arrive and be installed. Fast forward three weeks and a crew of two gentlemen came to our new residence and installed the GORGEOUS new doors! They worked quickly and efficiently. They took their time to assist us in loading the computer program and explaining all the features available to be controlled with our smart phones. We could not be happier with the quality of the product. The garage doors practically open and close silently! There are so many unique features that I honestly cannot list them all. I would highly recommend ACCESS doors for anyone considering new or replacing existing garage doors. Their work is impeccable! The value of our home has surely improved with this latest addition. The neighbors continue to compliment the quality and beauty of the doors. They have given real character to our home.
