The install went very well; they were finished in about 4 hours and did a good clean up after everything was finished. The various controls and safety features were explained. The doors and openers are very good quality with great warranties.

The workers were on time and performed the work well. The garage door works like new.

They had no idea that I was dissatisfied. After they read my review they immediately called to see if there was anything that they could do to make me happy. They sent out two technicians and tuned up my door so that it worked the way it is supposed to work. I was very happy with their response and am writing a new review. I will try to remove the old review, if possible.

I bought an Angie's List special on-line. Access called promptly to confirm and schedule the service. Tech called on his way and arrived as scheduled. He explained what he'd be doing and why. He also addressed my concerns. Really appreciated his service and working with him. Good man. I had used this company in 2015 and they continue to provide excellent service. Will continue to use them for my garage door needs.

It went well. The technician explained what he was doing, how I might do it myself in the future, and left a can of spray lubricant for the future.

I was happy with the work. It was done very professionally, and the service guy knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about.

The process to get the garage door replaced went smoothly, from ordering the type door, checking the setup, and installation. Although, it did take some time from ordering to installation, it was less expensive than expected and a couple of phone calls from the company ensured everything went well.

It went pretty well. They're so busy, they couldn't work advance and it got to be a bit of a problem. The waiting list might be a little long but they do a good job.

Very smoothly. Only problem was that I got a call from them a week later asking for payment, when I had already paid Angie's List on the special offer. Apparently due to a new office employee and not an attempt to get paid twice.

Adjust and inspect both garage doors and replaced a censer in one of the doors. Explained how to oil for the coming year , Gave me a $25. discount because I had used them back in 2014 for the first time and was happy with their installation of a new door on the back. I would recommend this company to anyone. A + Service.

Torsion spring failed on one side of the double garage door. called Access and they took my info and advised i would get a call at some point to verify someone home two hour later, technician called and arrived 20 min later. repair was completed promptly and the door works perfectly, even a little better than before. Would call again.

He pointed things out and advised us what to look out for, and gave us an honest assessment of the status of our door. He quickly handled the service and provided very detailed explanation of everything. Very personable and professional. I will definitely be using them again as needed and would recommend to others.

Truly fantastic. He was here on time walked me through the options available and got to work. His job was made more difficult by the way the old opener was originally installed, but he went right to work and installed a new model. He was control and professional. Would definitely highly recommend.

Things were not so good with them. What they charged me for what they did was absolutely ridiculous. It was not a good Deal at all. I will not use them again for anything. I paid $175 by the time they got through everything. It was way over what I paid for the Big Deal. I think the Big Deal was $89 or $99. They were punctual, but they would not do what they said they were going to do which was put an outside door thing on. They did not do that. So, they had to come back again and we had to reschedule. It was just a pain in the backside. They should just have not offered the package for tuning up your garage door because they did nothing. I would tell a friend to make sure they know what they are buying before they buy it.

I coupled this great deal by purchasing an extremely quite LiftMaster garage door opener from the same folks. It is internet ready so you can control your garage door from you smart phone. Their tech was great. Very professional and took the time to go over everything. He even reprogrammed my rear view mirror in my SUV for me! A feature I truly love. The LiftMaster has a lifetime warranty. I could not be happier with this company and recommend them to everyone!

They did fine with the roller replacement, but could not find a bad sensor, that they had to come back the following week to replace.

It was good for what it was --- a basic tune-up! I wasn't sure if my garage door was in good shape or not and was pleased to find out it's still doing pretty well. He did tighten the spring and lubricated the door. $39 was worth it for the spring tightening and the peace of mind. He was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Called Access at 12:05pm to request repair. Technician called within an hour and showed up promptly. The door wouldn't open or close due to cable coming off the drum. He diagnosed the problem and suggested solution to repair door. During this time he also gave me the price to repair garage door. I have to admit I was a little taken back with the $150.00 service call charge (I should've asked when I called for service). I used Access on 12/2012 and the service call charge was $88.00. By my math that's double..... I'm aware of the costs associated with operating a business, just floored that the cost has more than doubled! Technician replaced cables and lubed door! Door works as it should. He was in and out very quickly, top notch! Would I use again? Yes! My garage door was repaired from start to finish in less than 2.5 hours, from call to repair! Can't complain about that. I can't speak of the quality of the work....... Time will tell!!!!

The service man was on time for our appointment. He was friendly. He explain to me how to do some maintenance myself. Also, he explained what was making the noise and how to correct it. He did a good job on the door.
