Description of Work: I lost the spring on my garage door, m husband went to the hardward store to pick up a new on and Access put it back on.

Description of Work: One of the springs on my double garage door was broken. The repairman arrived when promised. I asked him to replace both springs and to use a stronger spring. He had to get the stronger springs from the warehouse and promised to return the next day to complete the repair. I think they cost about $15 extra per spring which I think is very reasonable. He returned as promised and installed the springs, Lubricated the rollers and made a few other adjustments. That was several months ago and the door has been working great since the repair.

Description of Work: My garage door came off the track, had damaged rollers and was jammed into the frame. Ithe springs needed to be tensioned and the cables were undone. | |I originally called another company who came out and left a note saying it was a two person job and left without even discussing it with me. We never even saw them. | |I called Access and Leroy came out and in a couple of hours had everything working better and quieter than it ever had. And he did it by himself! | |I thought we were going to have to buy another garage door, but thanks to Leroy we didn't have to.

Description of Work: Very well. Very professional, friendly, punctual and within a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and I'll definitely recommend them to family, friends & neighbors.

Description of Work: Replaced double garage doors with 1 3/8" polyurethane , Clopay doors with decorative window and hardware. These are steel doors. We have had no problems with them in the 19 months since installation. They also hauled away the old broken doors and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I have a disabled patient that needed a garage door fixed. Person lives in a different county, but Access was very responsive and got out to service that door right away. It was one of their installed doors and they didn't hesitate or give excuses etc. They just took care of the problem immediately. My patient has been very pleased with their service. I have always found them very professional, reasonably priced etc, no matter what the need.
