Description of Work: I had my garage door serviced. The technician was prompt, polite, and very helpful in whether or not I had to replace the opener, which I did not have to at the time. I will definitely contact Access when I am ready to replace the door and opener system.

Description of Work: Access Door Company installed two 9 x 7 three layer 1 3/8 intellicore garage doors with windows and decorative window inserts. 2 old doors were hauled off. The doors were ordered May 19th and half the cost was paid up front and half when the doors were installed on June 2nd. The Installers worked orderly and quickly and did an excellent job. Store staff and installers all acted in a professional and friendly manner.

Description of Work: Tuned up my garage doors and they are much quieter. My only complaint is that part of the package included a wall keypad. I already had one and so I got a hand held instead. I was charged for it and at first it worked well. Now it doesn't work at all and neither does the wall keypad. I have not contacted them yet to discuss.

Description of Work: Initial job was inspect and service garage door. Upon inspection it was determined the lifter assembly needed replaced. All work was completed at that time. Service was excellent and company representative was knowledgeable and very professional.
