Description of Work: When Access Door Company found that they could not provide the contracted service they reached out to me to refund my money. My garage doors were an old out of date style that they don't service. In fact, when Angie's List did to solve my issue, Access reached out directly to me to solve issue. They were professional and easy to work with. It fosters trust in a company when they want the consumer to be satisfied over the bottom line.

Description of Work: The receptionist was very pleasant on the phone. We set the date and time window. The gentleman that came was very personable. He called before he arrived. He was punctual and completed the job quickly. I also asked him to perform a service outside of the original which he did for a very reasonable fee. |
