Description of Work: Complete tear off of roof replaced with 3d shingle, replace vents, 5 screens, and some guttering. The only problem I had with them was they kept rescheduling to do my roof. Shingles were in my driveway for 3 weeks. It did rain a lot but my neighbors were getting there roofs done and I wasn't. Other then that they did a good job.

Description of Work: Replace all roofing tiles. Not completed on first day. Project manager unaware job not completed until owner notified him. Replacement then completed on third day. Repair of water damage in two upstairs bedroom. Work was sub contracted out and was not properly accomplished and clean up was not made. Owner again had to notify project manager as workers declared job finished when it was not.
