Excellent service.

It went really well. They did a really good of keeping me informed about what was going to happen and they showed up on the day and got the roof done, cleaned up and left. There was a supervisor on site to check out the work. I don't have any complaints. I thought they were fairly reasonable. I even called with a follow-up question and got a response immediately.

They did a very nice job. The company was fine. They kind of changed hands, someone kind of left and someone had taken over. We dealt with some weather. They were great. They kept following up with us every week. That was nice to be able to have that communication and we know that they hadn't forgotten about us. They came one day and they got it in one day and they came back for the walk-through inspection and haven't had any problems and it looks nice. We're very pleased. They were giving quotes to our next door neighbor and they had noticed that we had some things on our roof and asked if they could come and look at it to check it out and we came to find out that we had some things wrong that we didn't know about. It was very good. They always kept in touch with us. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did what they were supposed to. They did a follow up when they were supposed to.

took about two mo. after I signed a contract roof started to leak in the living room killing a 2500.00 cumputer and TV took them to court and lost now have to pay for t heir lawyer

This company was recommended to me by a co-worker because they did a good job on his roof. They however did a bad job on mine. The guy came out and took his measurements and suggested that I get a ridge vent put on since the house had no type of ventilation. I went with a 3-D shingle and ridge vent and the price covered my deductable. I had stated in my agreement that they were to cover my above ground swimming pool. They came out and tore off the old roof and replaced it with a new one. My pool was not covered, and had roof nails in it. They destoryed my plants in my front yard and they did not pick up all of the nails from the yard. I called and complained to the company. They sent the crew back out the following day and someone left a boot print in the pool and they took the price off of the roof for my plants. Weeks went by and I noticed that my roof had been leaking. I called and they sent someone out and they found that my ridge vent was improperly installed. They fixed it and told me that they had fired the crew that replaced my roof. I also told them that my deck leaks and they made up an excuse for that. They did not fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not even allow their sign in my yard. On the up side, the roof looks good.

Just get someone else. They don't back up their warranty. They will get the job done, they don't have the best crew; but took them about two weeks to get our roof done. There were places that the roof doesn't come to the edge. There work is shabby at best.

The guy came out and looked at it, climbed the roof and told me I needed to replace. I called the insurance company and insurance took care of it. They were awesome. I made my co-pay and I had an incredibly gorgeous new roof. They were in and out in a day and most of them spoke English. I was pretty impressed. We had storms here, on and off all the time. I noticed the damage was there but did not get up there because it was dangerous on roofs. This guy got up there and noticed there was lot more damage than I knew there was up there. There was more stuff than I knew was going on. He had made a block for my neighbor too. In terms of quality of work, when I look from the ground it looked awesome. In terms of responsiveness, they called every other day and made sure it was okay. In terms of punctuality, they were always ten minutes early. Normally I dealt with contractors who were late. In terms of professionalism, they were in and out in a day when they did the roof. They picked up some of the cigarette buds; I flicked at my own yard. Hopefully, I would not need him but I would absolutely use him in the future.
