I thought their price was fair because I remember I had the service done when I lived in California, and it is much more expensive there. At that time I thought it was a very good economical service. The guy that came out and his assistant were nice. I liked them. They were prompt; In fact they were early, and I appreciated that. They did an outstanding job as far as performing the service of cleaning up the vents. The only thing is they were not 100% thorough because they did not go the extra mile of recommending something for the setup of my Whirlpool dryer which has a weird connection as how it was hooked up with the dryer vents. I had to find out the hard way because there is heat going off my dryer; it is a manufacturing issue I have with Whirlpool. I cannot blame them because I think it is not in the area of their expertise, but the guy should still have said something about having a different setup because dryer vents with improper setup are huge fire hazards.

We emailed and called to set up appointment and they worked with us on scheduling. (Service date is approximate as it was a few months ago) They were very professional and wonderful the entire time. When they came out and started working we learned that we were not in as bad of shape as we thought we might be. They were very honest and that impressed us tremendously! We are definitely in a better head space knowing that it is taken care of. The peace of mind was well worth is.

John came out and did a great job. He was very quick and professional with his job. Overall it was a great experience.

I called them on Tuesday, and made the appointment for "about 9:00" Thursday morning, They arrived about 9:10 or 9:15 and were finished by 9:50. I am pleased with how it went.

They were great. My dryer wasn't working too well and since they cleaned the vents it works great.

They did a very good job. They do Knoxville and Sevierville. It was on a bad, cold, snowy day. He still showed up on time and called to let me know he was coming. He told me about the system and what they do. He made a headache for me go away instantly after he did it. He had new equipment and a new truck; it cleaned out the whole system within an hour. He resolved problem I didn’t even know I had. When they built the house, they put a device on that’s supposed to suck all that stuff up. The builder never told me it was up there or what to do with it. We had to take that off, get rid of that, and he recommended that we clean it out once a year. That's better than putting something on your house that might start a dryer fire, and which you know nothing about. I was ready to go to the appliance center and have somebody come and check my dryer and they were the ones that recommended that I get the vents cleaned out first before I go to them. His price was reasonable since he had ladders and equipment. He had to go on top of my house and everything. I think it was a bargain compared to a new dryer. I haven’t had any problems since the month he has done it and the dryer works like a brand new dryer now. He just didn’t walk in here and start teaching me anything. I actually wanted to know more about how they built this house and what needed to be done to maintain the system, so he spent some time talking about that with me. He also told me that it should cut down on my electric bills. It used to take 45 minutes to dry my clothes, but now it is done in 10 minutes.

When I set up the appt with John, I told him our dryer vent had an extra bend in it. He arrived on time. He moved out the dryer and inspected the venting from that end. He went under the house and said he could straighten out the piping. After finishing the pipe work, he brought in a blower and attached it to the dryer vent in the laundry room. He used a brush from outside to loosen the built up lint inside the pipe. When he turned on the blower from inside, at least a huge trash bag of lint blew out. Our dryer vent is over 30 feet long. John cleaned up the clumps of lint from outside and blew the dust off the patio. After he disconnected the blower from inside, he reconnected the pipe to the dryer and pushed the dryer back in place. He left the areas inside and outside clean and neat. I do not know if he cleaned the dryer from the back, but he did not clean the dryer below the lint screen in the front. I would use John again. He explained what he was doing and was professional.

Bruce arrived early and did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vents and fixing some issues with the venting system in my home. He also took his time and explained everything in detail, which I appreciate.

Scheduled appointment w/ John. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. Described what he was about to do and done it. John recommended replacing connection between the dryer itself and existing hose and did so. It was hard to believe how much lint is in your vent. We had no idea how blocked our vent was. We are very satisfied with John's work, the attention to detail, and him taking the time to explain his work. I highly recommend John' s service. It is a safety must to have your dryer vent cleaned by a professional with professional equipment, (not with a home kit like we purchased, used and was shocked with what these kits miss) or with someone using a wire brush. We believe this will help lower the utility bill as well.

John and his helper did an excellent job - very punctual, courteous and professional. I tried cleaning my dryer vent myself first with a store bought kit and didn't have much success (it had probably never been done before). These guys had the right tools and took care of it in no time.

Our dryer was not doing an adequate job of drying our clothes and we knew the vent needed cleaning. While I was stopped at a traffic light one day, I saw this person's van in front of me with the name "www.cleanmydryervent.com" painted on the back door. I checked the website, got a phone number, and called. We set up an appointment and the person was right on time. He and his helper were very professional, courteous, and had all the equipment needed for the job. They cleaned the vent, then checked to make sure the dryer was running properly. After he left, I ran a load of clothes that included some heavy pieces such as my husband's jeans. The dryer worked correctly for the first time in years (that is, it dried the clothes quickly and the sensors worked so that instead of the dryer running and running, the dial moved to the cool down cycle and then off). I was thrilled. I plan to have this company back every year to clean my dryer vent. I'm sure I'll save more in energy expenses over a year's time than the amount I paid. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a dryer vent cleaned.
