Terminix - Goodlettsville -Termite & Pest Control

Jennifer Fields was on time, polite, and was conscientious in doing a good job. She did the work and asked questions whenever she wanted to know what else she could do to complete the pest treatment to our satisfaction. Once we paid her she said if we needed to have someone come out from her company to check for bugs they would be glad to do that at no additional charge.

I felt like they did a good job that they said they would do. I feel like they are very dependable. I felt like they completed the work in a timely manner. The estimates they provide me with were right on what I had to pay.

Americas Bug Busters showed up a little early and did a thorough job. Since they came out just yesterday it is a little early to tell about the quality of their work. We used this company for a termite inspection when we bought this house.

Terminix did what I thought they would do, but they didn't show up twice. There is poor communication within the company. They do a good job if you can get them to your house.

Terminix got rid of most of the ants. However, we still have ants in the summer at times. They usually go over what they have done before they leave. Terminx requires a contract. I don't know if I like that or not at the moment.
