Description of Work: We had a terrible time with wasp last summer & fall. I was ever so happy with the professionalism & the help that this company gave us. They knew exactly what to do to rid this horrifying experience. A young man named Bret Bell was so very very nice to my husband and myself, explaining every thing he would be doing. The experience was so great, we signed on for an every 3 month check up and on going treatments. Thank you.

Description of Work: The rep knew exactly what to do & even though wasps were flying everywhere the rep/service excelled in professionalism & taking care of the initial problem. He also made me feel more comfortable by telling me if I saw any more he would come back and take care of it without charge. I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off.

Description of Work: The agent checked the termite stations around the house.

Description of Work: I have a wasp infestation INSIDE my house. All they could do is spray outside my house. They used a chemical I could have bought myself, and sprayed it around the eves and roof tips on SOME portions of my house (other portions were too high for them to reach). Once it rains, the chemical will be washed off, and since nothing was put INSIDE (where the wasps are hanging out), I'm thinking it was money wasted. The tech was nice, though.

Description of Work: I use Terminix for quarterly pest control AND annual termite inspections. They are always on time, they are courteous and professional and most importantly, they keep pests out of my house! The quarterly service is $94 for general pest control and the annual termite contract is separate ($200 something).

Description of Work: yearly termite inspection, We have been using Terminix for 40 years on every house we have owned. They are always professional, and we have never had a problem with termites.

Description of Work: The only problem, I have with the company is the yearly rate increase. The only thing they inspect is termites. I have never had a problem with termites. I will be looking for a cheaper company.

Description of Work: I would like to preface by comments by stating that they are directed primarily towards the termite protection service and not their regular extermination services. Their extermination services are great. We don't typically have an issue with bugs in the house. They always notify us when they are scheduled and they come and go without our involvement. For that I would give them an A rating across the board. |The issues we have had are in the past when we used them for termite control. They would contact us annually to come out and check for termites. Someone would contact us from somewhere other than the local service provider and we would arrange for a date/time for them to come. On more than one occassion, the service technician would show up at a time other than what was scheduled, and we would have to ask them to reschudule only to be subject to the same process again. On mentioned this to one of the technician's during a visit, and he proceeded to complain to me, the customer, about how bad their scheduling process was. He told me he or his colleagues were often scheduled during times they were not to be working. Finally, a customber service rep (not local) contacted me, and I explained all of these issues to him. He was extremely supportive and appeared to be helpful and vowed that the date/time that he and I arranged would be met. A day or so after that I had a voicemail at home from the local service provider asking me to call them to schedule that visit...which had already been scheduled. I never received a follow-up call when I did not do so and we discontinued our termite service altogether. This has been 4 - 5 years ago that this occurred. Should you share this information with Terminix, I do not want to be contacted by them in an attempt to rectify as they were previously given that opportunity.

Description of Work: Multiple scheduling errors and no shows after reschedule. Changing services I had setup because they didn't think I had scheduled them correctly (when I had).

Description of Work: Installed 6 mil vapor barrier in the crawl space. Very happy with the results.
