Description of Work: I had a laundry list of fixes that needed be done including repairing holes in a wall and ceiling after a plumbing fix. They did a great job for the price quoted and I'm very happy.

Description of Work: Repaired my deck. I should have had a written estimate with details as he informed me that he did not paint after putting up exterior wood. I had to hire a painter. He found a rotten wood support that he insisted on replacing with a major upgrade instead of using the same grade boards that had been up for 28 years. The total job cost quite a bit more than expected.

Description of Work: Repaired columns and ceiling of the front portico. He had great ideas that look great and saved us money on materials. Prompt and very pleasant. We have contacted him for estimates on replacing our kitchen floor and a master bath remodel.

Description of Work: Installed crown molding, door moldings and lighting. Geary installed crown molding throughout the house - excellent job - a separate group of painters even bragged on his work. He also installed lighting in our ceiling and we had no repairs to the ceiling needed from the installation. Geary was always professional and always fun to be around. Very neat and tidy also. He also took his time with me to show me every angle and thought processes for certain problem areas in our home and guided me through - even if it was the more difficult route - he would take it if it was what I thought would look best. We loved Geary and would definitely call him again! Thank you Geary!!

Description of Work: They removed and replaced a door on our screened porch and replaced rotted wood at threshold. It was done quickly and thoroughly and we will DEFINITELY use them again. Geary was very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Had a contract on a flip property, and needed some last minute repairs prior to closing......called Kristy Maintenance,,,He was there the next day as promised.....Fixed all that needed to be repaired..........Called him back the next day for more discovered items that needed....Though I was not on his schedule....He worked me in and took care of all my issues in a very professional manner..Will definitely use him again!!

Description of Work: Kriste was hired to repair several kitchen cabinets. Some had come off their hinges, others did not remain open as they should. During his work several other projects evolved, including plumbing, electrical, and handyman type work. Kriste preformed all of the work to extremely high standards, and was interested in achieving the goal in the least expensive way possible. This saved me over a $1000.00. He was always on time and left the work place clean as it should be. I will use him again, as the need arrives, and can highly recommend Kriste to anyone.

Description of Work: Made an emergency call because a large, unconventionally shaped window in a bedroom had been broken by accident. Taking a recommendation from Angie's List, I called Kriste Maintenance, and the owner was out the next day, measured the window and returned the next day with one cut to replace the double-paned glass. It opens by sliding sideways on runners, and fits perfectly and actually opens and closes better than before. The house had settled in a manner that made the window tighter than it should have been, but that's no longer problem. We loved the work and felt well taken care of, for a reasonable price.
