Geary helped us in consulting on storm door selection, providing professional installation, and also troubleshooting our dryer vent. He is responsive, very professional, and keeps things very clean. He did great work on the door. He was also very family friendly. It’s astonishing to see any kind of negative reviews on here. We will definitely be calling Geary again for future projects and highly recommend him...best in class.

this is a follow up to my original review and the vile unprofessional reply the owner left in response. Just now seeing this and only wish I had seen it much sooner so people would have a chance to see his nasty reply along with this one. The owner claims he tooks notes of our conversation etc which is really funny because in his nasty reply to my review he kept referring to me as a "he" and Im actually a 39 year old FEMALE so he either didnt take notes or he has me confused with someone else he smarted off to. Its almost comical that he would get such basic FACTS so messed up --- especially since he replied back about my "brick house" which is actually a wood frame house. Guy has issues and Id glad his true nature was put on display here so others, hopefully, wont have to endure such a lack of common curtesy and unprofessionalism. He should have been courteous knowing that someone was even considering to give him a job, but I suppose thats asking too much from him. As for my shutters -- yeah I got the big box store to install them and it was worth every dime. the workers were clean and professional and did an excellent job putting up the shutters and they didnt damage anything as this Angies list troll claimed they would. He might get more work if he acted like a professional and didnt have a chip on his shoulder. Customers beware --- nobody deserves to be talked to like a dog as that guy did me.

Called a company based electric and plumbing company to fix what was not fixed correctly

Geary did a spectacular job for us. He fixed our closet doors and one exterior door after our home was lifted, he replaced all of our locks, and he installed a motion sensor LED light in our storm shelter. He even went above and beyond and did a couple extra things that we hadn't asked him to. Just a great experience. All in all, I know who I'll be using for future home maintenance issues!

He is very reliable. He does excellent work. Price is fair.

I was so thrilled with his work. He came out and he wrote out all that had to be done and called back with a quote and a day he could do the work. He was able to do the work while I was at work so that was a huge plus. So happy with back door that I asked him to come back and also install a screen door. I can't wait for my next project. We were very pleased with all of the repairs. Geary is vey prompt in replying and responds when he says he will. It took a while to get on their calendar, but the wait was well worth it. They showed up on time and made all of the requested repairs. Geary is knowledgeable and made several recommendations for the project, which we implemented.

Called this company for help with a very basic handman job. I already had the shutters but just needed someone to hang them. The owner did return my call promptly and I appreciated that, however the price he quoted me for installation was almost double what Home Depot charges. When I commented on his price I feel he got defensive because he then started to whine and say that his big truck doesnt run for free, and that he has 2 or 3 workers who have to go out when he does so that affects the price. I understand there is salaries to pay, gas to buy etc - and I wasnt asking for something free, just not understanding why a customer has to pay 3 or more people to come out for a very simple ONE man job.

Quickly fixed problem and looked at area in garage that had rotting wood at top of garage door. took measurements and called back with a quote for repair.

Geary arrived on time for an appointment to give us an estimate. He was very professional, answered all questions and explained his plan in detail. He called as promised and gave an estimate. He set up a time to complete the work (be prepared to be patient and wait since he is very busy-the wait is worth it). He arrived with his assistants on time and again was very professional and did a great job with all the items that he promised to get done. I can very confidently say that this company is the best that i have hired in a very long time. the workmanship is excellent; I am confident that anyone who hires Geary will be very happy. Take my word for it.

Amazing - absolutely amazing. Geary and his team did such a great job . . . I live in an old historic home, and they worked to ensure the molding around my back door was left in tact when they replaced the door. And both of my front doors are now sealed tight. What a change! I will use Kriste as my go to fix-it company. Looking forward to knocking out many more projects with this awesome company. Highly recommend.

The two gentlemen--the owner and his assistant--were in and out in thirty minutes, had everything they needed in their truck (he had the part to fix my outdoor outlets in the truck--bear in mind, I had not asked for that work to be done beforehand), were cordial, and answered all my questions. I will definitely call this company first for any other needs, whether small or large.

Geary advised me on replacements and brought one with him. It turned out to be a problem with the switch and he replaced that instead, then discovered that the "trap" was badly corroded, leaking, and crumbled practically at the touch. Because of the awkward position of the drain he had to custom-make a new trap from various pieces of PVC. All this was done the day after my call. He and his assistant arrived early and were extremely professional.

Geary did an excellent job. He came up with a good idea on how to replace the basement floor that worked very well. He was careful when moving the appliances around while replacing the floor. It looks great and I really appreciate the care and attention he gave to this project. The steps are in much better condition and safer-he noticed they were not completely level and fixed them. He did a great job on the smaller projects. Geary is very hard working, with no personal interruptions. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL and will show up on time and do a very good job for you! Would hire him again.
