Description of Work: The men who actually did the work were great. The owner who scheduled the time was not. I had it scheduled for a certain day. He decided he couldn't come that day and decided to come the next day but did not contact me to see if the second day was ok for me. He wasn't concerned that it inconvenienced me.

Description of Work: They got partway thru the job then stopped and wouldn't finish until we gave them more money. I have no problem if the job cost more than originally quoted, however, this should have been discussed and quoted before the job started rather than wait until work had began. I felt like I was being forced to pay more.

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job ! My flowers beds and bushes were a mess. I had problems with my back and just couldn't do anything this year and they saved me. I am so glad I used them. They were 3 men and they worked so hard in that 100 degrees plus weather. They got a lot more done than I expected and I am so proud of the front and backyard now.😊😊😊😊

Description of Work: My deal was 8 hours of labor for $220.00 Five men came out and stayed 1 hr and 40 minutes. There were too many workers here for the type of work that I needed. The men who came were very nice and pleasant but there was confusion over what needed to be done and when they left there were still basic landscaping tasks that weren't completed. Also, they do not know how to trim hedges. But I can't speak highly enough of the manager of the group who was very nice.

Description of Work: Called for estimate on June 22, 2015. Sent a man out the next day...went over every detail of job that I needed done. Was told he would go back to office & work up an estimate ...! Have called 4 times & let messages...talked to owner last Tuesday (1 week after visit) was told I would have their estimate that night by 5:00. Never got it?!?

Description of Work: We purchased 8 hours of landscaping from this provider. I provided handouts of the work we needed to get done so as not to have any discrepancies. With 3 people they did "8-man-hours" of work what 2 people were able to do in "4-man-hours" 1 year ago. They did not make it beyond the front yard! I also felt short-changed by about 15-20 minutes of time due to rain and them leaving early. They said they could finish the job for extra money, and when I agreed, they never responded back to complete the job. Which was actually good because when I did my walk around with my wife, I noticed poorly shapened bushes (the handouts instructed them to trim ROUND, not rectangular), unequal tree heights (at the front of our house) and just an overall mediocre job. The only thing they did well was clean up, considering they spent so much time on that part of the task. I would not recommend for high-quality work.
