Work was done a few years ago. Getting ready to have them replace plants

I must say, not only did the team do a great job, they walked me through the process before, during and after my landscape installation. Their attention to detail is very helpful to my flower and scrub choices. Patrick and his team are extremely talented and professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thx again see you real soon for our next project.

Horrible. Both yards were left with muddy trenches; the front yard trenches were mostly not well filled in with dirt, despite them coming back with less than a wheelbarrow of dirt. I called the owner requesting about 3 wheelbarrow loads of dirt to complete the front yard, but he refused to do even that. I am left with a system that was not fully explained to me, individual sprinklers which water a lot of concrete, and one trench that receives spray from 2 or 3 sprinklers, making it a always muddy, not to mention much expense and work to re-sod the front and side trenches. I am a partially disabled vet, 78 yrs old, and will have a hard time completing the clean up and re-sodding - none of which were explained to me before work began.

Done right the first time on budget

Crew showed up as scheduled and got right to work. All work was done correctly and finished as scheduled. Crew chief was friendly and helpful. Have used Solo in the past with good results and will use them again in the future.

Due to an exceptionally wet spring, getting sod delayed completion of the project; however, once sod was available, work was completed timely. The team did a fantastic job of preparing the soil, and regrading the slope of the backyard. The other option we considered was installing a retaining wall which would have nearly doubled the cost. Spring cleanup activities were thorough; all shrubbery was trimmed neatly and bedding mulched. All debris was removed upon completion.

They did a great job including replacing a couple of Nonfunctional nozzles.

We have used Solo the past 3 years to assist in yard cleanup and leaf removal. They always do a stellar job and make sure they leave the landscape spotless. Always impressed with how quick they respond and get a quote to review the property.

took forever; contracted for 2 jjobs one covered by insurance and one our responsibility; told them to do the insurance part and wait for spring when we could be there when they did the second part. they went ahead and did the part we asked the to wait on. very frustrating as we are 450 miles away and have to plan to make the trip and wanted some input on the plants; Oh well.

We were so impressed with this company we are giving them our irrigation maintenance. Excellent rates and work is superior. Punctual and professional. We will be using their services from now on. Our backyard mud pack now looks great.

Everything went great! Patrick and his team leader talked me thru each step. We made adjustments from the original estimate but that was fine. They showed up on time every day; it took about 4.5 days. They took care of small details for me like painting the light box and drainage extensions so they blended with my house. They planted some plants I had purchased separately. They even cleaned their work area at the end of each day. Patrick was easily accessible and came out late one night to check the lighting set up, showed me how to adjust it, and added some stepping stones to my walkway. He offered very practical advice and seemed to always be one step ahead. Because of the extreme heat, he agreed to come back in a couple weeks and check the plantings and replace any that didn't make it. He provided a detailed estimate on the front end and kept to that plan with the few additions. He was very professional and I believe he delivered incredible value on my project. Great work by Patrick and his team on this very large job!! My home is now the envy of many of my neighbors! :) I will definately call on him again!

Individual from Solo came to my house, looked at the repair and told me that he would email me or call me with an estimate, They never called back or emailed me. It has been over 3 weeks.

Smoothly. Had to remind supervisor to come and see the finished project prior to payment as they left a rock display undone.Also he had promised to adjust lights after installation--did it myself.He eventually came to house and assisted.

I was disappointed with the quality of work performed. It was less than average in my opinion. There seemed to be too many short-cuts taken. They made no effort to follow with me to find out if I was satisfied after job was completed. I waited a couple of weeks before telling them of my dissatisfaction due. A couple of weeks later, he offered to come by so I could show him but by then I just didn't trust them to do it right & I didn't feel they really cared since they had been paid.

Overall, they are a good service. There have been times when I have to remind them to do a particular service such as pulling weeds or that they did not mow.

The staff was punctual, fast, and polite.

I did not hire this company because they could not fit me into the time schedule I had to work with.

3 hours of outdoor living space clean up such a great job took all dead flowers off and weeds that were also there . The workers were so kind and helpful with any questions I had .

They finally did it but it took me a long time to get them out here to do it. When they did do it they did a good job. I had to call about 4 times for them to come out. They started it the end of October and finished in November. I wouldn't use them again. I did not spend any more. I liked their work, hey were very good. They sent out a full crew when I finally got them out here. Other than them knocking on my door and telling me they were here to fulfill the deal that I had bought from Angie's List, I didn't have any interaction except to call and complain because they hadn't come out and done the work. I didn't have any interaction with the workers themselves but with the office. They did very good work. When a client calls and tries to get them out to do the job they have paid for in advance, they should pay attention to that call. Their price was reasonable.

They did a great job. I don't have any complaints.

Great Job. Beds were full of leaves and weeds and they did a great job.

HORRIBLE - little to no communication. Billing was MONTHS in arrears. (Just received a bill for lawn cutting that was from May of 2015.) We asked for an estimate for sod to fill in some bare spots. We came home and only about 70% of the area was covered. Patrick (Solo Landscaping owner) said he had under estimated and we would need to cover the difference. How do you under estimate by 30%??? We also had a very similar issue with an irrigation problem. Estimate was provided that was well below actual cost. DO NOT Recommend to anyone!

I could not be happier with the high quality work I received. Reuben's team did everything I requested with great professionalism, which included: - completely cleaned out flower beds of all weeds, grass, and leaves - straightened and reset all the stones lining flower beds - planted flowers - trimmed/shaped bushes - spread mulch - cleaned everything up when finished Their work is top notch. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Couldn't be more complimentary of the service. Patrick quickly came out for an estimate and followed up immediately with a very reasonable itemized quote. He provided a set date for the job and his arrived promptly that day and worked until everything was completed. The only noise came from the equipment used and his guys respected the yard and house and cleaned up like they were never there. I found Solo Landscape in Angie's List and hope that my added input with help someone else make the best choice for their landscaping needs. A+++++++++++ service!

Opted to not have the services completed due to lack of communication. We purchased a deal via Angie's list and were asked to provide 3 dates that we were available for service/consultation. We never received an email or a phone call in regards to those dates. I called Solo twice once the days I had provided had passed and finally received a phone call to schedule the consultation once I sent an email asking for a response that day. The consultation went great and we were ready to start the work. We were given the total verbally the same day but told we would recieved it in writing. We received the quote via email 3 days after the original consultation and called the gentleman who did the consultation to schedule the work to be completed. It took another two phone calls just to be told that the work would probably happen on Tuesday of the next week. Well, Tuesday rolls around and no one shows up. We call again just to be told that we must reply to the email. We did what was asked and never received a call back. Overall, this process took 30 days and we have nothing to show for it except lost time and a refund.
