Description of Work: They performed a full and very thorough yard clean up which included pulling weeds, clearing our dead plants and leaves, and hedging. Things went very well. The owner and crew are very professional and efficient. |

Description of Work: Once selected, all of this work mentioned below was completed the same day. After asking the company to provide estimates for the separate jobs I wanted to accomplish over a few weeks, I was given multiple options and price levels before the job was completed. The process was similar to that of a cafeteria, where I could pick and choose what I needed at a price point I could pay. I found this to be a sound way to do business. | |Following is an overview of the 3 jobs I had completed (I originally reached out the company based on their Angie's list reviews and bout a $220 Mulching special. Once I found out this company could do everything I needed I asked them to provide estimates for what el: | |Job #1 --- Filled in 3 yards of dirt and associated leveling of dirt for a replaced sewer line (very nice leveling job...have had multiple comments by others vendors who admired this work). |Job #2 --- Installed metal edging and mulch for all front shrubs. |Job #3 --- Aerated/fertilized entire front yard which resulted in a very dark, golf course fairway level green color. Unfortunately, now at the 2 month mark, I am a little disappointed the entire yard is not quite as green as the middle section but it looks very good. The best part looks like a green carpet in a yard that had not been treated well in several years. | |I can assure you: I had no knowledge of this service provider when I bought a deal on Angie's List in January but since the purchase of the "special" found out others who utilized this company for similar successful work and the owner of Solo Landscape ("Patrick") is highly regarded. | |Thank you Solo Landscape.

Description of Work: I purchased mulch then added bed cleanup separately. All was completed in a professional manner. I came home from work to a nice, neat yard.

Description of Work: I paid $220 to Angie's list for 8 hours of Landscaping. I contacted them |for an estimate for additional service. They came to meet me for the estimate. I did not hear from them so I called and Patrick said they had the wrong e-mail address. They wanted to start the job at 5:30pm on Good Friday night of Easter Weekend unless too wet. I told them that 5:30 pm on Good Friday to start wouldn't be as good as the following week. He asked what day would be best. I gave him Monday, Thursday or Friday would be best. Monday March 28th he text that he had us down for Thursday. I asked approximately what time. He said he didn't know depending on the rain Wednesday. On Tuesday March 29th we requested that they do just the 8 hours of Landscaping we had already paid for on Angie's List. We said we would decide at a later date on the other $710 clean up. Wed March 30 |they responded ok. On Thursday March 31 8:35 am he wrote that with all the rain on the 30th it was too wet to work that day. I responded ok let me know when you can reschedule. He said depends on how much rain we get off and on the 31st. Maybe tomorrow. No one showed on April 1st. We have had no other text or other communication. We had to hire another landscaping company to clean the front beds and complete the clean up. WE were hoping that they would contact us about the back yard however since we paid in advance.... BIG MISTAKE ON ANGIE'S LIST.....we have contacted our credit card company to investigate and credit our account. I don't think we should have to dog a company to complete work they have already been paid for. I am really disappointed in ANGIES LIST. I can only hope to warn others how bogus the ANGIE'S LIST site is and request a refund on my membership to this service also.

Description of Work: Cleaned the area, and applied mulch. The 3CU yds did not seem to go as far as last year. Overall, a positive experience. No follow up this time. Had to delay due to weather and he was good at communicating back when I asked a question about the mulch. Don't remember the exact date sorry.

Description of Work: I had let my yard go for quite some time, and the Solo Landscape employees did a terrific job cutting small trees (e.g., crepe myrtles), trimming shrubs, cleaning flower beds, and everything else I asked them to do. The result was, in a word, TERRIFIC! I will certainly be using them again.
