Description of Work: Adequate. Purchased 8 hours of labor and requested that gutters be cleaned, beds be weeded, mulch spread, and lawn mowed, time permitting. Gutter debris/water splashed on windows and not cleaned. Weeding was average/not thorough. Time evidently not sufficient to mow lawn.

Description of Work: First crew Lawn mowing, edging, trimming. Second crew schrub trimming.Both were excellent !

Description of Work: They trimmed the bushes and extended the landscape by about 20 ft. Very good experience.

Description of Work: They work industriously, were polite, but they didn't get the instructions correct on one project. I asked them to rake a certain flower bed, leaving some of the leaves under the azaleas, they blew all of them with a leaf blower. They even blew one plant out of the ground. They offered me 2 more hours @ $170.00. When I asked them to wait & see how much was done in the original time, the price became $140.00. At that pointing I was through with them.

Description of Work: We purchased extra mulch. They spread the mulch, trimmed and removed dead bush and overgrown vine. | |They worked quickly and professionally. We were very pleased and would definitely use again.

Description of Work: A crew of 3 arrived on the date scheduled. A specific time was not scheduled; doing so might be preferable for some, but was not an impediment in my case. Upon arrival, the foreman asked where I wanted the 3 cubic yards of mulch placed. With that, they expeditiously went about their work. I should mention that the effort required moving the mulch in wheel barrows up a steeply inclined lawn and driveway. Near the conclusion of the work, the foreman sought me out to say that not quite all of the mulch had been used in the areas I had designated. He asked if there was somewhere else I might want the remainder placed, and the crew responded accordingly. Cleanup followed, and all mulch remnants on walkways and rock surfaces were blown into the adjacent beds. Mulch that had fallen onto the street during transfer into wheel barrows was gathered into a small pile. Rather than dispersing it or merely putting it back into the trailer, the crewman gathered it into a shovel and carried it up the incline and placed it in one of the beds.... Professional all the way!

Description of Work: Sodded front yard. Also removed old shrubs in flower bed and replaced with all new plants. Team was very professional and work was completed quickly. Definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Solo provided mulch for our yard. Electronic communication with Solo was easy and positive. However, I was very clear in my electronic communication and in my verbal communication with them when they came out that I wanted the mulch to be put down in the backyard. When I realized that they were putting it down in the front yard they were almost completely done with it. I was in disbelief. I thought I was clear. From the look of the application, it seemed like they may have been rushing.

All work - all new plantings and lighting - were completed promptly and with great professionalism. Very satisfied with the service, the quality, and the conformance with my intentions.
