The last thing I want to spend my money on is having my septic tank pumped out. However, it has to get done. Maxwell got me scheduled quickly and Saul (I think that's his name), the onsite tech was professional and thorough. He even completed the dig as I had missed the lid by a couple feet when I initially dug the hole, and he didn't even attempt to add a charge for it. Not since Xmas vacation have I enjoyed the experience of emptying a full $hitter.

They were so professional. We asked them to schedule a septic pump and inspection. They told us there was no need to spend the extra money for inspection because they could tell if anything was wrong, when they pumped it.
