Quick and very professional

After 25 years of living in a house much older our septic line backed up. I was fortunate to have Maxwell recommended by a friend. Even on Thanksgiving weekend they provided quick service. It was complicated--first they had to locate the tank. After digging about 36" it was clear that much earth needed to be removed. So they arranged that and quickly exposed the old septic tank. It was full! Two very competent and efficient men pumped it out and aided me in understanding how to maintain the system. Then they cleaned up the area and left me both very thankful and impressed with the value for service. Without reservations I recommend this company.

We could not be happier with the team at Maxwell and their owner Greg. We are new to the area and have never had a septic system before. Maxwell pumped and inspected the system, repaired the tank and installed a new leeching field. Honestly we expected a huge mess but instead the job the Maxwell team did was spectacular. Very neat, timely, we just can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Maxwell, they provide an excellent service at a very fair price.

After calling numerous other septic tank pumpers who were unavailable because of broken equipment, I was so pleased when I called Maxwell and talked to Michelle and Bree. Maxwell takes their work and customers seriously. They were able to get me in very quickly. My tech, Ryan, was pleasant and efficient. He stood in the pouring rain getting my tank pumped. When he left after I paid he turned to go and I noticed his shirt was soaking wet. Poor guy! But he got the job done! Thank you, Ryan!!!! I will now only call Maxwell for all my future septic tank needs. Fair price. No unexpected fees or extra costs. Everything up front and honest. I give them 10 stars!

On time. Courteous of property. Friendly polite respectful of current Covid-19 issues even though service was outside did wear appropriate mask.

Did a good job. Were wrong about me needing a new pump. It was only shut off.

Our technician, Rodney, called us around 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on the way. He showed up on time, and got right to work. We didn't know exactly where our tank was located, and after probing around for a good 15-20 minutes we decided to use the tracking device. Well worth it, because it allowed him to locate it accurately and immediately. He only had to dig around a 2 x 2' hole to pop the lid off, pump it out, replace lid and cover it back up. Our yard isn't torn up, and while the service emptied our septic tank, it did not empty our wallets! We highly recommend Maxwell Septic and Rodney.
