After a little miscue from what Home Advisor sent to the company vs. what I actually needed, customer service was great. Home Advisor told them I needed a septic clean out but I really needed a septic inspection on a home we are buying. My realtor was there and, though they ran a little behind, the inspection was completed. Within 30 minutes they emailed me the report and pictures of the inside of the tank. Cost was exactly what they told me it was going to cost so no surprises there either. If I need future work done, I know who to call!
