Description of Work: My combination gas furnace e;lectruic air conditioner unit was replaced. Salesman and technicians were prompot, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure. The price was competitive. The installers were thorough and cleaned up everything. Their service included ductwork and improvements in the air handler intake that made the unit more efficient, which was not included in other estimates.

Description of Work: An A rating does not do my 4 Techs justice. They are A+++. Their professionalism,caring,training on equipment usage was the best I have experienced since we moved to Tennessee 12 years ago. We felt they really cared about us as their customer and it showed. Description of Work: We have had Derryberry Heat & Air do work for us several times. They are always professional, timely, honest and reasonably priced in their dealings. They listen. During this particular visit, we had problems with both heat/air units at the same time (please note that we purchased the units from another company that is now out of business about 7-8 years ago). The upper unit required a new motor and the humidifier attached to the bottom unit needed a new part...but they told us that the parts for this were no longer made (they did have a part that would work). They agreed that it would not affect the heat/air portion of the system to remove the humidifier, so we asked them to do that and it saved us $150. I will continue to use Derryberry for our heat and air needs.
