Turnkey Construction

 

Bob of Turnkey Construction gave me a separate estimate for the tile portion and the painting portion. Bob's estimate for the tile portion was a little less then the the other estimate that I got and the other guy would only do the tile and I would need to find someone else to do the painting. Since Bob's price for the painting also seemed reasonable we chose Turnkey Construction. When it came time to do the work It was Bob that did all the work not some crew that I never met. Having the one guy that could do both tile and painting also gave the advantage of being able to move as one thing was drying he would be working on the other instead of going home for the day. He may not have been as fast as some crews but I was not looking for the fastest I was looking for a good job done right the first time at a reasonable price and pleasent working experience and that is what Bob delivered.

They did good work and completed on time.  I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services.  They have good workmanship and they’re punctual too.  They’re helpful and very competent.

Everything was good.  He showed up on time, and we feel that the price was good, seemed fair.

It is one of the better paint jobs I have ever seen in any home we have owned.  It is phenomenal.  He cut the edges in by hand and no paint ended up on the ceiling. 

He is very clean, wears shoe covers.  Very courteous.  We will definitely use him again, as we are planning to redo our kitchen.

Bob was a great partner every step of the way. He suggested money-saving tile outlets, gave me clear estimates and stuck to them, found ways around difficult problems, communicated with me proactively, and performed excellent work. Bob's experience with carpentry, plumbing, and tiling served him well in taking charge of these complex projects. He also helped me out of multiple jams. When my water heater broke, he installed a new one in two days for far less than a big-box store. When I locked myself out of my apartment (twice), he dropped what he was doing and drove over to let me in both times. I now have two quality, great-looking bathrooms and a reliable handyman to call on for future projects.
