Got Lee Hoagland’s info from our neighbor. He had done their roof and gutters and we knew we had some issues with ours. He met with the insurance company and got us approved, plus installed some new gutters that look amazing with the roof and brick. Very impressed with the work and communication from start to finish. Lee has a great personality and really knows his stuff. All the stars!!

Very impressed with the service and dedication by Lee Hoagland with Storm Guard. I noticed missing shingles on my roof and called my neighbor to recommend a company for repairs. My neighbor just got a new roof due to storm damage, and recommended Lee Hoagland with Storm Guard. Lee really knows his stuff and promised me a full replacement with our insurance. It took months and multiple trips to our house for various things our insurance company requested, but he got it fully approved, and we have a beautiful new roof. Brand new Owens Corning impact-resistant roof by Lee Hoagland of Storm Guard. I previously had an agreement with another roofing outfit and was not at all pleased by the lack of communication. I reached out to Storm Guard and Tatiana (co-owner) paired me up with Lee, knowing we would work well together. They were able to give me a competitive bid on replacing my roof and he made sure that we were putting a solid system on the house that looks great and complements the other colors. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and Lee is absolutely a rock-solid guy to get to know. Kevin was my production assistant and made sure the cleanup was spotless. Very, very high recommendation for this company and how well this team delivers.

It went smoothly with no issues they weren't pushy or trying to make you purchase stuff that you didn't need. The staff was very friendly and patient with all my questions they handled everything with the Insurance Company and kept me updated throughout it all. From start to finish they took care of my property cleaned up after themselves. If you decide to use this company ask for Nick he's a good Down to Earth guy who's very knowledgeable.

During the 2023 storms our shingles were blown off and Storm Guard was the only roofing company willing to immediately respond and cover our exposed roof without charges. They are experts in mediating insurance claims for storm damage, and they got us a brand new roof when we lost shingles from a wind storm. Lee and I have stayed in touch since then and we've always appreciated that we could contact him at any point if we have questions or concerns. What makes this company so unique is that they maintain their team and add to it versus replacing it with new people every year like most roofing outfits, so we know we will have the same people should anything arise in the future. He came out and found the leak immediately and did some light maintenance on the roof to keep me dry. Gave me a clean bill of health on the roof and also some great pointers moving forward. We bought a house in La Vergne in 2021 and our buying agent had Lee Hoagland from Storm Guard Roofing do a thorough inspection on the roof prior to going under contract. His assessment was consistent with the initial inspector’s report that the roof was in dire condition and needed replacing. He and his team put together a very competitive estimate for roof replacement and Lee was very consultative in helping us pick a color and materials package, plus maintained excellent communication regarding the build once it was scheduled. The roof was installed in a day, looks amazing, and is as weather-tight as possible. It still looks and functions as great today as the day it was installed. We really enjoyed working with him and we feel confident that should we have issues in the future, he will make things right with no questions asked. Storm Guard Roofing is 11/10! Sales Manager Chris Morvai was recommended to me by my dad, who couldn't speak more highly about his entire experience with Storm Guard. We had a leak after a heavy rain and Chris came out that same day. Even though it was still raining, he assessed the issue as best he could and came back the next day (on a Saturday!) to fix it. Top notch from scheduling to service. It's the best when you just know you're working with quality people!

Nick was awesome. He gave an honest assessment of how much life our roof has left, backed it up by walking me through photos of what he saw, and took the time to educate me. As a new homeowner, it was greatly appreciated. I'll be calling Nick back in a few years when it is time to replace the roof.
