He worked with our insurance company, kept us updated along the way, and explained the steps with great detail and care. We had a wonderful experience start to finish with the roof and gutters.

I can not say enough good things about Storm Guard Roofing! From start to finish they have been exceptional. Their sales staff are very professional. At first my insurance company only wanted to pay for repairs to my existing roof. However my shingles were no longer available. Storm Guard brought several samples and took photos and videos to show that nothing matched. They knew exactly what the insurance company needed to see and within a month a complete roof job was approved. When the installers arrived to do the job they worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old roof and install the new one. The entire job was completed in only one day. They cleaned up around the house removing all materials and even used a metal detector to make sure there were no hidden nails hiding in the yard and driveway. Storm Guard rates 10 stars on a 5 star chart. I highly recommend this company to anyone who thinks they may need a new roof. Give them a call. The inspection is FREE and if you need a new roof I know you will be completely happy with the results.

Great experience working with Storm Guard! Great customer service. Did a fantastic job getting the job done quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and were respectful to our neighbors. And were very helpful on the backend with getting everything transitioned.

Lee was super friendly. He looked in the attic and on the roof to see if there was active leaking. He saw none but placed collars on one of the pipes anyway.

We had a small ceiling leak in the den, and I was afraid that I might have to have a whole new roof to replace our 13 year old shingles. I showed John approximately where the leak was, he hopped up on the roof and found an exposed nail sticking up; he looked the rest of the roof over and found a second exposed nail, got his caulk gun out and sealed the two holes with silicone. The only payment he asked was for this 5-star review, and to give him a call if the leak came back. You got it, John!

Big thanks to Lee Hoagland and his team. Our insurance company initially only covered us for half of our roof due to hail damage, and he saw it through to the end and got us a full roof and gutter system. Lee also noticed that an area had not been previously flashed properly, and made arrangements for his metal guy to come out and install counter flashing. Apparently it wasn’t done right the first time and he wasn’t about to leave it that way. Beyond that, everything looks wonderful and cleanup was superb. Very professional service and communication. High recommendation for Storm Guard!!

For anyone thinking of a new roof or gutters, we highly recommend our amazing Storm Guard rep, Lee. He’s a master at working with insurance and did all of the paperwork for our insurance adjuster. Lee made this process easy from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Hats off to Lee and his team at Storm Guard Roofing. I have routinely had them to my house at least once a year to check the condition and it eventually had damage from straight line winds. Lee walked me through the entire process and made sure my insurance company covered me for the losses. The new roof is fantastic and I trust that if there are any issues in the future, I can reach out to him and he will be on top of it.

I had wind damage on my roof from a storm in March 2023. I contacted Storm Guard and Lee Hoagland returned my call. Lee came right out and put a tarp on the damaged area. Once the insurance adjuster was called Lee met him and everything was handled seamlessly. Lee followed up at every turn. The workers put the roof on in two days! They did a professional cleanup. Once the new roof was installed Lee came back and used his drone to inspect the new roof. I would use Storm Guard again and I would request Lee Hoagland to be my lead in the project!

The representative Nick Wylie made the process very easy for us. He explained everything and helped us with our insurance claim. The workers completed their job in one day and cleaned every piece up before leaving. We would recommend this company for roofing to everyone.

Storm Guard was fantastic from the beginning to end. They did a thorough job with inspection and helped block me through the process and explained to me what products that I needed instead of cutting corners. Absolutely would recommend!!

Brand new Owens Corning impact-resistant roof by Lee Hoagland of Storm Guard. I previously had an agreement with another roofing outfit and was not at all pleased by the lack of communication. I reached out to Storm Guard and Tatiana (co-owner) paired me up with Lee, knowing we would work well together. They were able to give me a competitive bid on replacing my roof and he made sure that we were putting a solid system on the house that looks great and complements the other colors. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and Lee is absolutely a rock-solid guy to get to know. Kevin was my production assistant and made sure the cleanup was spotless. Very, very high recommendation for this company and how well this team delivers.

Lee was fantastic! Very prompt, high attention to detail and excellent service. We had a leak discovered after a storm. Lee was at our house the next day and quickly sent drone video and high quality pictures of the issue. He repaired the issue right away and recorded some of his process explaining what he was doing and why. He also showed some areas to keep an eye on in the future. I can’t thank him enough.
