Could not get sunday night but did come first thing Monday. The problem was I. D. And part located and repaired.

Work done very fast but need to borrow some of my tools.

We had a clogged drain. It turned out to be a bigger issue. He didn’t realize that our washing machine had its own little system. Their quality was all right for the problem at hand. They came out immediately. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

The appointment was easy to make. The technician showed up on time. I had asked for a tune-up and check for low freon, as one of the systems was not cooling. The technician checked the freon in both systems, added freon to the system that was low and left. He did not do the cleaning/tune up I had requested. I was hoping to get the service done at the same time as a service call, in order to reduce the cost. He urged us to replace the older system.

Went very well, completely hassle free.

They came out quickly which was good. First off the tech didn't have all the tools he needed so he had to go back to the shop wasting a hour before he was done so I could go to work. Next when the initial repair didn't work he was going to try a work around and he would be back first thing Monday after the shower dried over the weekend. I took Monday morning off work but he didn't show. When I called I was told he was scheduled to come later in the day and the tech has no control over the schedule and should not have told me he was coming fist thing. Next, he needed to cut a hole in the dry wall to fix the problem and told me he would be back to fix it after the repair dried. When I called back to schedule this I was told "we don't do drywall" from the office staff. Don't trust a word these people tell you.

Generall very good. Only problem was that the hole in the sheetrock that I made was too small, and when they enlarged it, they broke the new piece and discarded it -- but I retrieved it

Did not hire - price was $150 per toilet (we are providing the new toilets) - unreasonable and unacceptable price. Told her from my experience that the price was so much more than other companies. Lady told me that this was the first time she had heard that?? I can get Home Depot or Lowes to do the same job for about 35% less. This seemed excessive to me.

It went very nicely. Their staff was friendly and obviously competent. It was easy to make an appointment. The drains work fine now. They gave me a quote beforehand and that is was I paid.

They were professional and reasonabley priced.

Garbage disposer was leaking under the sink in the 16 year old house. Chose Joslin Plumbing from Angie's List. They say they could come out the next morning, which they did. Work was done promptly and professionally. Also asked for recommendation on maintaining water spigots (garden hose "hydrants") which are connected through the crawl space and exposed to the cold. Technician said "that is how it is done here in Tennessee." He said all we need to be concerned about is to disconnect hoses from the outlets before winter.

We recommend them to everybody. They are very trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable and timely. They keep you up to date on what they are doing and are very reliable.

It went very well and I will continue to use them for any plumbing problems.

Joslin did a very good job. It was quite a good bit of pipes they had run and I do not remember what they charged me. They were pretty expensive, but, they did do a good job. Again, they were not cheap, but, it was more than just putting one pipe down. They were professional and on time. I guess you take what you get these days.

Joslin has to be one of the best plumbing companies that you will find in this area. They are professional, neat, and they do a perfect job every time they come out here. I think their prices are really good as well and will use them again.

I was very pleased with the service Lee Tillis provided. He was on time and completed the work within one hour. The total price paid included materials and labor. I would definitely hire this company for my plumbing needs.

Work was done very professionally and he cleaned after himself. Cost was reasonable and I was informed during the process, what the individual parts would be.
