It went really well. I contacted them via email. They responded within a day. I told them what I needed, they got someone out within a week and gave me an estimate, then started work within a couple of weeks after I hired them. They told me from the beginning, it would take a few days before they could start because of being extremely busy. Once they removed the gutter they discovered rotten wood. They called with a couple of options. Since it was going to cost more than they expected to replace rotten wood, they said it would be no problem to pay the difference in installments. They were very professional and once they started work it took about a day and a half to complete everything.

I am sorry that we did not have Ford Roofing put our new roof on. We made a decision to go with another contractor based upon price. I later told Shane that I thought we couldn't afford the price, but learned that we couldn't afford not to go with the best.

They showed up on the day promised and did the repairs needed. The roofer called me to let me know the cost would be $165 (even though he didn't have to). He even checked all the areas of my roof around the vents to ascertain there were no other leaks. I agreed over the phone to the price, and the work was completed as discussed. They sent me a bill, which I promptly paid. My roof hasn't leaked since, and we've had quite a bit of rain.

Work went smoothly. Hardly new the workers were there.

These leaks had been present for a long time, and several other companies in past had claimed to have repaired them. I found Ford Roofing on Angie's List, and after discovering that they had done a number of copper roofs on restoration projects here in town, decided to give them a call. They sent out a man to determine what work would be needed within two days, and he was quite courteous and professional. I had the estimate within 24 hours of that visit, and agreed to have the work done. Once on the schedule, communication was a little more difficult - I never did get a precise idea of where on that schedule I was, or how long it would be before they'd get to the job. Overall, I made two calls to the company to inquire about that, and didn't get a callback on either occasion. However, I -did- get a call shortly after my second inquiry that asked if that morning would be acceptable. Naturally I agreed. The workers arrived promptly, did the repairs quickly and efficiently, and had left before I even realized it. The bill for the balance due came a week later, and was paid promptly. The roof has not leaked since - granted there have been no truly /torrential/ downpours since then, but there have been heavy rains that lasted through the day - it seems that this problem finally really *IS* fixed. It's obvious that the crew that did the work knew exactly what they were doing. They were well equipped, and professional, and their price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Ford Roofing provided one of 3 bids to replace our roof. We chose them, although they weren't the least expensive, because of the detail that was provided in the quote as well as the time Ken Hartman spent with us. Even before we signed the contract, Ken was involved with our insurance company to make sure that they accurately estimated the costs of replacing the roof. He "went to bat" more than once to make sure they understood exactly what needed to be done and spoke directly to both the estimator as well as the insurance agent. The guys who came out to do the job worked together like a happy, well honed team. They went to great lengths to protect the landscaping as well as the koi pond. Their clean-up after the work was completed was excellent. I highly recommend Ford Roofing.

We are replacing the roof and gutter system on a residential property my wife and I are selling. I called Ford Roofing for an estimate. When they heard that the property had been a rental property and that we were in the process of selling it, they informed me the cost to come out and provide an estimate would be over $200.00. I was told that providing an estimate cost them money, and that they seldom get the job on properties in the process of being sold. Providing an estimate for work without a guarantee of getting the work would appear to be the standard for almost everyone except Ford Roofing.

I chose another company.

We called Ford Roofing for an estimate. We were immediately handed off to a salesman who told us what we needed for our roof and that we need not be around when he would come and look at our home. We felt like we were working with a used car salesman. We did not even consider using Ford Roofing and never will.

The experience was okay. It was a little pricey for me. I probably could have got it done for half the price. I went on their reputation and I am satisfied with the job.

They were professional and did great work and they cleaned up their mess. They showed up on time and the price was good and they did what they said they were going to do and did it well.

I thought this man was pretty thorough in his job. He checked the attic and roof to find out what the problem was. He resolved my problem when no other company had done so and I was very pleased with that. They came out right away after my call.

They did a great job, real professional. I would highly recommend them.

Ford's staff were professional from start to finish. Their crew chief Kevin spent at least 30 minutes with me discussing various options ranging from spot repairs to full replacement. A written quote was delivered promptly. The roofing crew began work when they said they would and finished quickly. It was evident that they were well equipped and trained to work as a team. The quality of the work is superb and the cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be better pleased. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The fact that they still did a free repair job on the roof they put on a few years ago was very impressive. They are very responsive and courteous. I thought they did an excellent job because it was in 100 degree heat and such a very high roof. I highly recommend them.

Ford Roofing called us right back and scheduled the work quickly. They did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the old roof and the new shingles are of excellent quality. There were no surprises and the bill was exactly what they had quoted us. I would recommend their services to others.

For 10 years I have had people try to fix the leak in my chimney and this is the only company I will let touch my roof. They are just very polite. The workers are well mannered. They are not scary when they come on your property they present themselves very well.

Ford Roofing did a great job. The estimate was the same as the final cost. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.

Ford Roofing did an excellent job of patching my roof. The people are nice and work at a fast pace. I would use them again.
