COOL SPRINGS LOCK & KEY

I contacted Cool Springs Lock and Key on Tuesday, March 18th to schedule an appointment for Wednesday, March 19th to fix the broken lock on my front door. I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19th. No one showed up at that time, so I called them around 8:45 a.m. to check the status. Kalen answered and said he could be there in 15 minutes and he apologized for the inconvenience. Kalen showed up and was very professional and courteous and fixed the problem very quickly and only charged the service call fee. I would absolutely use this company again in the future.

Kalen was on right on time, was extremely helpful in explaining the various options (more than once), and went about taking care of securing my house with the professionalism of someone who is experienced and confident in his trade. I cannot recommend h this company enough. They get the job done and make sure that you are 100% pleased before they leave.

The repairman was prompt and courteous. He repaired the locks very quickly and they work very smoothly now. He offered to clean up the wood shavings, but I couldn't find my broom!! Very satisfied with the work.

Bobby showed up on time and was very professional. Price was exactly as he had quoted me over the phone (no hidden charges/fees). I called him on a Monday afternoon and he was able to come the next day. Overall, a great experience, and at about half the cost I was quoted by some other individuals. Highly recommend!

Arrived early to 9am appointment time. Walked through options as have two different types of locks on house. Provided costs so I was able to have full information when making decision. Very polite and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a service provider that lost the master keys to my home and I had to have the locks rekeyed. I found Cool Springs Lock & Key on Angie's list,read their reviews and decided to give them a try. They rekeyed everything exactly as they estimated over the phone, they were here on time, offered alternative suggestions and gave me additional information that I didn't know about my locks. They rekeyed all the locks in the house and were quick and efficient. They certainly live up to their reviews and I would recommend them to anyone that needs lock service done on their home.

Both scope and cost were exactly what had been communicated over the telephone when scheduling the appointment. Work was performed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Locksmith was very willing to answer questions pertaining to door hardware, locks, etc.

It went great. We had an appointment for later in the day but were able to be there much earlier than expected. They were willing and able to adjust our appointment time. The gentleman that came and did the work was very professional and courteous.

Excellent. Called the service and they called me back in 10 minutes, made an appointment and met me at home 30 minutes later. Removed broken key, repaired the lock and made a replacement key. All completed in about 30 minutes. Great service, very prompt and courteous and reasonable.

When I made the call to set up the appointment, the person I spoke to was very professional and answered all my questions. He was able to come out that day, but I wasn't free so we set it up for the next afternoon.The serviceman called me about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and he could come sooner than our scheduled 4:30 if I was available. Unfortunately, I couldn't get there any sooner, but I appreciated the timeliness! When I arrived, I showed him what we needed done, he made a few suggestions, and then he got to work. I barely knew he was there, and the fee was even less than I expected (which was incredibly reasonable to begin with). He showed us some tricks with the locks (they are older and might need a little 'encouragement'), and also gave us suggestions for the future if we decide to replace the locks we have. We will definitely call them next time we need a locksmith!

It went great. The locksmith arrived right on time, asked what needed to be done, and went right to work. He was professional and courteous. The work was completed in less than two hours. For the quality of work and the speed at which it was completed, the price seemed very fair. I would definitely use them again.

It wasn't working, and he basically disassembled the whole thing and fixed it, without having to buy any other parts so that was really good, he saved me a lot of money that way. He came back two or three times.

Reference from Angie's List was backed up by a friend's experience with Bobby, the locksmith. He's great person to be around, and when one of the locks had a problem, he came back and took care of it at no additional charge. Very professional and good at what he does.

We had just moved in and our truck was going to be coming with all our belongings on a Monday. He didn?t want to come out on a Friday, and so he came on the Saturday. He didn?t bring a vacuum cleaner, and I didn?t have one because all my stuff was on the truck. He knew that because I told him that we just moved in and that the house was empty. I wanted it done before my stuff got here. He made a mess of the job. Some of my locks are still a little bit wonky. I had just had the whole house cleaned the day before he got here and he managed to get graphite on my carpet. The cleaning had been expensive. I had to try and clean up the mess with nothing. It was all very annoying. I don?t know about the price because I don?t know what anybody else would have charged me, but I?d say that the price was okay. I would not use him again.

I called in and was opted for an appointment the following day, though he was available almost immediately. I had five entry doors re-keyed and a few faceplates needed repositioning. I was able to get key copies made on-site, saving me a trip elsewhere. Service was prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I called at 9:30 this morning, and was told that someone would be here between 2 and 3. Tommy (locksmith) came at 2:25 and was done at 2:35. The lock was corroded, and needed to be redrilled and oiled as well. Very quick and very painless.

I've used Cool Springs Lock & Key twice. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the first trip, but Bobby sent Tommy out within 20 minutes of me calling -- after that, everything went smoothly. I did not have to buy the locks -- Bobby was familiar with the brand used in my home and was able to match the deadbolts to the existing hardware. Tommy quickly went to work and was done in less than an hour (for both visits). The locks work great and the newly installed deadbolts look original to the house. I would highly recommend this company.

WHILE VISITING IN NASHVILLE RECENTLY, THE LOCKS ON MY SON'S DOORS NEEDED RE-KEYING. I CALLED ANGIE'S LIST FOR HELP & THE COURTESY customer service representative GAVE ME NAMES. COOL SPRINGS LOCK & KEY ACCEPTED THE JOB & ARRIVED PROMPTLY, GETTING THE JOB DONE QUICKLY FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. A FEW DAYS LATER, ONE OF THE LOCKS WASN'T WORKING CORRECTLY. AFTER NOTIFYING COOL SPRING LOCK & KEY THE SAME REPAIRMAN RETURNED & QUICKLY FIXED THE LOCK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR QUALITY SERVICE.
