Kevin was outstanding, I recommend this service to anybody needing lock or key services. I had lost my keys to my 1987 Bronco and Kevin was able to grain full access. I needed full service replacement of ignition and door locks and keys. He was able to do this quickly and for a good price. He actually made a house call bringing his mobile workshop to my job. Everything was taken care of from getting the parts at the parts store and installing it to get me working. Very professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

They were available for my appointment request, they arrived exactly when was scheduled, was very polite and professional and completed the job quickly and well. I can't ask much more than that. I had called other locksmiths who were not responsive. I have not needed to used locksmith services very often, but I will definitely use this company in the future.

I called the locksmith at 9:07 pm. He answered quickly and agreed to come out to my house immediately after he finished helping the customer who called him first. He arrived by 9:30 pm and took out the frozen lock. He then replaced it with a new one. He was very good, professional, and friendly. He worked quickly and proficiently. I felt safe with him in the house. I appreciate his concern and willingness to come so late.

Wonderful service. I called at 8:30 in the morning and was initially told his schedule was full, but when I said I really needed someone to come that day, he managed to work me in that morning. He called 15 minutes prior to arriving, and was exactly on time. He was even able to adapt one of the locks I bought to work with the existing lock at my request. Quick, professional, and courteous, and price seemed reasonable. Would hire Cool Springs Lock & Key again.

Our back door deadbolt was not functioning, and Kalen came out the next morning after we called to repair it. He disassembled it and flushed the lock, and then it worked just fine. Very quick service; would definitely use this company again for any future lock issues.

Spoke with Kalen a week prior and made arrangements for him to come out on 8/20 to install a new peep hole in our front door. He first told me that I would save some money if I installed it myself as it was a pretty straightforward process. Appreciated his honesty! He arrived on time for the appointment, completed the install in ~35 minutes, and then asked for our vacuum to clean up. $70 well spent!

I used Bobby at my last home and called him when we moved into our new house. Both times he did a great job. I had locks that were broken that he repaired, some that needed replacing and all of them needed to be re-keyed. He showed up on time, made fast work of all my repairs. In one case, he even recommended that I buy a Home Depot replacement lock-set to save a lot of money and showed me that installing it myself would be easy. He was right. How many business' will do that for their customers? We will always use Cool Springs Lock & Key for our repairs and replacements.

Contacted Cool Springs lock and key for a friend who had locked himself out of an apartment. The friend had contacted a number of locksmiths who said they only did commercial or vehicles. I found this company on Angies list with an A rating and they also had a full page add in the local phone book. It was late on a Sunday night and I thought maybe no one would be interested. When we called, they answered on the second ring, told us the flat charge which seemed reasonambe for a weekend night, and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He was and after checking the appropriate ID's opened the door. Got my friend out of a tough spot.

I called Cool Springs Lock and Key late on Thursday afternoon to install a combination door lock system on my business. I figured they would tell me it would be the first of the week, but nope they came out at 930 the next day. The tech Caleb was very knowledgeable, friendly and very up front and detailed about the cost. Maybe I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else, but why give up quality and professionalism for a couple of dollars. Great Job.
