Description of Work: We bought the $59 maintance package from Angie's List that included plumbing inspection of the home and a water heater flush. The person they sent out was very professional and very efficient. He helped explain a lot of things that we were unaware of. We had been having water pressure issues too and he was able to try a few basic things and now we've got great water pressure. I was happy with this purcahse and will likely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We had a toilet that was filling very slowly. Tyler checked the water pressure to our house. The pressure was fine. He then replaced the fill and flush mechanisms. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Their scheduling, repair and guarantee are first rate.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink wasn't draining so I came to Angie's List for reviews and there was a coupon for BF Plumbing. I purchased it for $66 and called to schedule an appointment. I was given a few options for the time of arrival and technician Tyler arrived on time. While he was en route, I got an email with his photo and assurances that he was well trained and drug tested. I appreciate this extra step. He was knowledgeable and efficient and didn't attempt to sell me anything I don't want or need. I'd call them again.
