Their repairman determined our kitchen faucet had a leak in the hose that connects to the pull-out spray head, that part was not replaceable and we would have to replace the whole faucet. He had one on the truck he could sell us, installed, for about $500 or we could provide our own which he would install for $250. I told him we would get back with him after we looked at faucet options. By chance, I Googled our faucet and I found that not only was the part replaceable there dozens of companies who sell it. It was VERY replaceable. $20 and 24 hours later Amazon delivered one to our house. 10 minutes later it was installed in our kitchen. This is why people don't trust repair services. Either their man lied to us or didn't know enough to provide the correct answer. Either way, we deserved better from a company who claims their level of experience. I would have gladly paid for labor and the cost of this part from your service man. This was just blatant opportunism. This was the 2nd time we used that company. There will not be a third.

Wonderfully. The technicians provided professional, friendly, thoughtful and expert service. They remained professional p, thoughtful and friendly even when moving of the very heavy wood vanity became difficult in the tight hallway. The install looks amazing they took care of the details and walked me through the use and specifications of the new faucets installed. Best plumbing and installation experience I’ve had.

Tyler was very professional. He assessed the situation thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. He fixed it and all is well! The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing needs in my home.

Caleb and Justin were fantastic! They were extremely professional, explained everything that needed done and also gave me my options for what garbage disposal they could install. They were upfront on the prices and showed me all the information I needed right from the iPad they had with them. They worked quickly and on top of it, they were very sweet to my very interested 2-year-old son! :) I’ll definitely be using them for future jobs and will highly recommend them!

I received a call promptly to set up services. The process was clearly explained and the service times were highly flexible. Our technician, John, arrived on time (both times) and prepared to start working immediately. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. He answered all of our questions and put the sink back better than it was before! The pricing worked with our budget and we even opted for an annual service so we’ll definitely be using them again for other projects in our new home.

I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome.

Great! I have used Benjamin Franklin many times-1st time with an Angie discount. They always provide fast,competent service. This time Kelsey,in dispatch, scheduled an appointment a few hours after I called. Caleb did a great job-I really think he was wonderful- even did a few extras I hadn’t thought of. This time I decided to become a club member. I was reluctant because of prior bad experiences with these “clubs”, but repeated good experiences with Benjamin Franklin have won my confidence. I’m glad I found them through Angie list recommendations!

I was going to try to do some of the work in my kitchen myself, but the main home water valve was so ugly I was afraid to touch it. The original problems were leaks in the compression fittings & adapters connecting copper tubes from under the sink to the dishwasher and fridge. I thought I was going to go back to bare pipes coming out of the wall under the sink, but the technician talked me out of that because the more you screw around with an old pipe the greater the chances something will break or leak inside the wall itself. We kept the functioning multi-turn kitchen sink valves and only replaced the valve and pipes / hose going to the dishwasher. I had him take the refrigerator feed out of the loop entirely and I'll never use a refrigerator icemaker again. My laminate is ruined, but that was before the technician showed up. This guy was professional and very knowledgeable. I feel like he steered me in the right direction and helped me maximize the amount of good things I was able to do with only $500 budget. This would have cost $650 but I joined their $8/month club and they knocked the service visit charge out since I found them on Angie's list. Since they can only really do priority service during the winter (when pipes are bursting) for club members, I figured paying $100 over a year for a $100 discount on this visit was a no brainer. Anything else I have them do this year will be discounted and I'll jump ahead of anyone who isn't a club member. Based on my experience today, I'm going to continue using Benjamin Franklin any time I need a plumber.

Ben arrived on time and accessed the problem. He was courteous and professional. He provided a quote which also included repairing a leak under the main bathtub. He needed a 2nd person which is when Brett arrived. They both worked diligently and never once complained even though the the crawl space under the house is only 2ft. They spent 8 hours here and completed the work. We would call Benjamin Franklin again with no hesitation for all our plumbing needs!!

I had a very difficult and involved project that was left unfinished by a very unprofessional contractor. I called Ben Franklin plumbing, and frankly, I was expecting them to refuse the project due to the intricate nature of the work involved (cutting floor tile, reworking plumbing lines, setting a new tub, reworking plumbing supply lines, etc.). Ben and Bryson showed up right on time. They were courteous, professional and in uniform. They assessed the work to be done, consulted with their field operations manager on site and began the work without hesitation. It was an all day job. Ben and Bryson worked without lunch and never left the job site. They were professional and eager to do the job right. After being disappointed by other trades lately, Ben Franklin plumbing was exactly what I needed but not what I was expecting. I would encourage anyone who needs any type of plumbing help to call Ben Franklin. Their expertise, up front pricing and professionalism will keep me coming back without hesitation.

Joe is always professional and explains services in detail. He had a tough job repairing and redoing a washing machine assembly that was incorrectly installed by Liberty Brothers Home Improvements LLC. I have never felt that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has attempted to charge me for any unnecessary services that weren't needed, as many vendors do. They may not be the cheapest, but they respond quickly and are A+ with their work.
