Description of Work: We had a exterior water spigot replaced. Very friendly staff with great communication. The tech arrived on time and did a great job. He offered to let my husband watch his work. He wore "booties" when inside the house to protect flooring.

Description of Work: They were recommended to us by Emily Herbert who choose them from Angie's List for repairs needed in her home. They worked us in quickly, initially to come in and change water line for a new fridge water/icemaker. They were punctual, professional and our plumber was awesome! He was able to fix a long standing problem* for our home that had never been addressed properly by other plumbling services we have used-(intake water pressure regulator) this did add to our original bill but very valuable and necessary to us. They are competitive in pricing with other reputable companies. (*too long a story to tell here)Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is our choice from now on!

Description of Work: Service tech showed up on time to repair/replace water heater. He stated with new codes he would have to place a new water heater 18 inches out into our garage where we park. I asked for other options, he told me we would have to go tankless and it would cost $3500. I know how much tankless units cost, several under $1000. I also know the installation would only take less than an hour. I asked him to leave and he did. I did the work myself.

Description of Work: We used the Angie's List coupon, so the price was fantastic. The plumber did a great job, was very thorough in making sure the problem was solved and wouldn't develop again any time soon. He also looked at a couple of other issues we've been having and gave me estimates for getting those fixed, except for one of the problems which he explained how I could fix myself. I plan to call Ben Franklin again to get the rest of the work done.
