Description of Work: 66.00-service call, drain clean promotion;add on by me and tenant-minor toilet rebuild @ 167.00. had to join a maintenance plan at 7.99 per month to get 15 percent off. had to be an Angie's member to get reduced service call prices in future. This is one of those complicated deals that I actually will have to study long term to see if I can afford them. The fact that they work on Saturdays as a regular work day and did an excellent job has me hoping that I will be able to afford them long term.I will be factoring in maintenance plans at 96.00 a year and remembering to tell them about Angie connection, etc. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |he fact that

Description of Work: I thought the problem was more serious with the toilet than it was....all they ended up doing was replacing the flapper and repositioning a tube. They waved a usual 100.00 fee for being an Angie's member and charged me for 30 min of service and travel cost. Had I checked a little closer, I could have fixed the problem myself. That said, getting a plumber within 15 min who was very nice and helpful about preventing future problems for 100.00 was not bad.

Description of Work: I had a huge emergency in a home I just bought. Sewage was backing up in the tubs and shower, toilets would not empty, etc. The guy who came out was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he fix the problem (serious blockage in the sewer line), he identified a problem that could be a problem later on if not fixed (though he did not pressure me to take care of it immediately). He also gave me lots of info on taking care of the plumbing in my new home. I think his name was Dan....sorry I didn't write it down, but he was very good. Note that the company does have them do some upselling of ongoing servicing, but no hard sell.
