Their staff are always courteous, respectful, on time, friendly, explain what is being done and what needs to be done, charges are reasonable, and they are neat and clean in their work. Description of Work: The toilet in my master bathroom was making noises every 10 to 15 minutes without the toilet being flushed. I contacted a plumber from another company and he advised me the problem was the fill valve and replaced it. Note: The plumber arrived several hours late. However, the problem continued. I then contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The Benjamin Franklin plumber arrived on time and identified the problem as the flapper needing to be replaced. The Benjamin Franklin did not have a flapper to fit my tank, but went and purchased one and replaced it. Problem solved. In addition, the Behjamin Frankklin plumber was courteous and respectful of my home. Excellent service experience provided by Benjaming Franklin.
