This company does something so good for its customers. They have what they call a diamond club where you pay a small monthly fee and they will come immediately to repair anything with no charge. The servicemen that have come here have all been very professional, polite and neat. They are a wonderful company to use.

The best thing about this company is that they offer a diamond club membership whereby you pay a small monthly fee and they will do repairs for either no cost or very little cost. The other great thing is that if they are ever late, they pay your bill. I wish more contractors conducted business this way. I get preferred treatment. Another good thing they do is offer coupons and discounts. They're great!

He was a great plumber. He came when he said he was going to and when he was finished, he didn t leave any mess or water anywhere. He answered any questions I had for him while he was working and I felt he was an honest guy.

Tim came on time, worked quickly, did what he said that he would do--and ended what had become quite a plumbing nightmare within four hours.

A representative was sent and verified the hot water heater needed to be replaced. The labor charge would be $975 and we would be given a credit of $49 for the service call. The hot water heater was in the attic and the cost included a charge of $300 to take it upstairs. The next day we had no hot water and discovered the representative had turned the hot water heater off.

We are completely remodeling a 30 year old house and have been working on the kitchen cabinets and counters. After the countertops were set, we asked several plumbers to quote and schedule the work to hook up the kitchen sink. After the 3rd try, we called Benjamin Franklin, got a prompt quote, and professional installation. The drain pipe connection was a little tricky since we were putting an undermount sink along with upgraded disposal. I was impressed! BF shows up on time and does great work. As you can see below, I was about to make some mistakes with the ''P'' trap. I needed a professional plumber to make sure everything would drain properly.

Brad arrived on time, was very polite, and he used shoe covers while inside the house. His knowledge of plumbing and local codes regulations was impressive. He fixed the entire pipeline, including the outside pipe leading to the grinder pump. He did a great job.

Ben Franklin would be the first company I will call on my next rehab project. I think it is always wise to get multiple bids, but I would never do a plumbing job and not at least talk with them about it.

It was great service. They were expensive though.

Awful. The plumbing leaked the next day. We literally felt threatened by the customer service department and insurance thugs. They refused to compensate. They told us to deal directly with their insurance company. The issue was never resolved. Our beautiful hardwood will never be the same.

The water was leaking and I ended up purchasing faucets from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they could not replace them. I purchased various faucets and ended up paying over $600, it was ridiculous!

Tab Hunter Plumbing is very pricey. The service tech was very professional. I talked to my insurance company and they said that they where the highest priced in the county to do plumbing. However, I had water leaking on the floor and had to have it fixed.

My plumbing is working great now. Tab Hunter Plumbing is very clean and they pick up after themselves. I would recommend them.

Benjamin Franklin was great about getting us up online with water. They were very dependable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

My overall experience with Tab Hunter has been excellent. They come out and do just exactly what I want them to do. I've used them before, and they always get the job done.

It was fine for the most part. Tab Hunter was professional and got out here quick and on time. They also cleaned everything up. It was just so expensive. The trap itself costs about $25. I will not use Tab Hunter again, since I can get the same service for less.

Benjamin Franklin did not fix everything I needed, only some of them. They missed the bad element in the water heater. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job.

Everything went well. Tab Hunter Plumbing did a very good job on the repairs, and they were out here pretty quick, too. The estimate they gave us first was very close to what we paid. The only problem I had was the price, they were a bit expensive.

Benjamin Franklin is a family business. They are wonderful, honest people that do a great job. I will continue to use them for future needs.

Benjamin Franklin is an excellent company. I highly recommend them to anyone. I just wish where I'm moving was in their area.

I was very pleased with this company. They completed it in a timely manner and got everything cleaned up and out of there on the time that they said they would. But it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped.

Tab Hunter Plumbing did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves which is always nice. I have no problems with the work he has done.

I was happy with the quality of the work performed by Benjamin Franklin, but the price was way too high. I supplied the parts, all that he did was install it. If I would have known the cost before hand I would have gone with another company.

Barnes Plumbing was a real blessing. I had a very bad issue with my plumbing with a flooded basement and needed to have the whole plumbing in my house redone. They used copper piping and did a fantastic job. Very nice and tidy staff.
