We had someone from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to look at our problem toilets and help us figure out the issue and resolution. My husband and I are still deciding what we want to have fixed now and what to fix later so we have not currently had work done. However we were very impressed with their responsiveness to our request for service. They arrived right on time and Brian was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We will definitely be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future.

They did the work at a reasonable price. But it came at the price of destroying my ceiling and putting several dents in my dryer. Next time I'll find another plumber

The technician did not seem to know how to fix the leak and tried to fix items that didn't really have anything to do with the leak. The pricing was outrageous.

The appointment was for 16:00-18:00. The office called when an earlier appointment became available, but that didn't work for me. Joe was right on time at 16:00, identified the problem and gave me 2 quotes. I went with the 50 gallon gas heater with 10 year warranty. He called to get the extra parts he needed sent out and I went back to work while he did the replacement. He finished the job, took payment, and I had a hot shower that evening. There was some snafu with my credit card because a security breach with an internet vendor let my card number get stolen a few hours earlier and the bank put a hold on the card. Certainly not their fault and I was able to pay with a check.

Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem: hot water heater needed replacement. Price quote was 18 Benjamin Franklins. Quotes from other plumbing services were $800 - $1,200. I went with a less expensive option.

The tech recommended replacement of our pressure control valve and removal of the recirculating pump mixing valve. He said it that the mixing valve had failed and he didn't have a replacement with him. He asked for three hundred and seventy five dollars for the PCV and two hundred and eighty eight dollars to remove the mixing valve. I declined the outrageous charge to loosen and reconnect two bolts to remove the mixing valve and the tech "spoke to his manager" and said they could reduce the charge to $108, their "lowest service fee". The work was done, the tech left and 90 minutes later we had no water pressure again. I called for warranty service and was told that I'd have to pay an "after hours" fee because the work was all part of a "diagnostic process" and that the failure to fix the actual problem wasn't covered by the warranty. I'm not sure that any of the work done was necessary at all. The tech continually pressured me to buy other services during the call. I do not believe I received fair value for the money I paid and I wouldn't hire them, nor recommend them under any circumstances.

They are very good. They were responsive and fixed the problem. My son was actually the person that dealt with them, but I know that everyone was pleased with them.

I got a discount with them, because I said I was an Angie's List member. They are great. They were very prompt. I think they kind of specialize in that. They were referred by my children. They had a great experience with them, so I tried them and didn't realize they were an Angie's List member and so I mentioned that and they gave me a discount on that. It was great. I don't compare the price. I think they are very reasonable. None of that stuff is real cheap. I don't think they were over priced or anything. The quality of work was good. We didn't have any complications or problems or anything like that. Their professionalism was good too. I would probably call them first.

Great. Called several plumbers, but they were the only ones that could come out that day.

Guys were very nice and professional. Mentioned an issue I was having with occasional debris coming in from one of the bathtub faucets. They asked a few questions to determine the source but were unable to figure it out. I had to remind them to drain the water heater before leaving which was part of the package I bought. Water heater was not completely flushed as I hired another plumber one month later to try to determine source of debris again and he suggested a flush and there was quite a bit of "Gravel/dirt" that flushed out. He said that it was only drained and not really flushed. I would probably hire again for straightforward plumbing issues. For a water heater flush I would just be sure its really flushed and not just drained.

They could have said at the house that they didn't know what the issue was and instead I wound up having my wall hacked up and having to repair all the dry wall and stuff.
