Aaron, our Technician was so polite. The service called well ahead to give us plenty of time to get to the house. Having recently located to Nashville and not having any work done locally I was a little shocked by the price. But in the end after reviewing the courteousness efficiency and reliability that little extra seems I found it easy to justify. He even located what might be an upcoming problem and didn't practice the cell on me trying to allow him to work on that problem. Benjamin Franklin was a wonderful experience and I thank them for taking the time to hire such great employees both in the field in the office.

We had never had decent water pressure in our house, and our toilet had developed a leak that meant, combined with the lack of water pressure, that we had to cut off water to the toilet to use water anywhere in the house. Benjamin Franklin replaced our old, too-small house water line and replaced the old toilet completely as well as a few other smaller repairs. I was a little confused about the bill at first, but it was my own oversight. They did forget to attach the outside spigot back, but they came out and fixed it better than it was before at no cost. They also honored the Angie's List deal they had and actually helped me choose the best deal for the service I ended up using. Their representatives were all professional and courteous. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be and our water is great now.

Efficiently knocked out my list of 7 tasks in a few hours. From Leakey valves to new disposal, faucet and hose Bibb. He called in a second man to assure he'd finish quickly.

I have a 700' water line which has been problematic for years. It was time to fix it permanently. They surveyed the situation, listened to my questions, and presented a solution which would insure future reliability. It was a 3 day process. The technicians arrived each day promptly, and insured that my water was only off for a few hours, leaving it on at night. They kept me informed, and answered the few questions I had. The work was actually finished a day early. They cleaned up everything, and left the trenching seeded, with straw covering to prevent erosion while the grass is growing in.

The dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Daniel was my service tech. He arrived on time in a professional uniform and mentioned that he had 16 years of experience. He went under the house to inspect and diagnose the issue. I ended up replacing the cheap Home Depot toilet with a nice TOTO toilet which he had on his truck. He talked to me about my options throughout the process and when he discovered additional issues during the installation, he offered sensible advice instead of trying to push for additional expensive repairs. After the repair/install was completed, he asked if I had any other issues. I showed him my water filter and we investigated the issues with that device. While there, we both noticed it was leaking very slowly. He spent time working to resolve that without charging me any additional fees. Later that day, I noticed that the plastic bolt cover on the toilet seat he installed wouldn't stay down. I am sure I could have stuck a toothpick in there to make it stay, but I decided to call and ask if they could fix it. I felt bad dragging him back out for that, but the dispatcher was polite and said he would be there the next morning to fix it. Daniel came back and replaced the whole toilet seat and didn't seem frustrated about having to return for such a minor issue. He is a real pro. This company has figured it out! Hats off to the owners for finding and keeping great people and for creating a great work culture.

I had tried to open with snake out 10 feet or so with no luck. Called in Benjamin Franklin - he got it open but a joint broke. Water through ceiling into downstairs. He repaired the joint .. I got to repair the ceiling.

Brian was great...infact they scheduled for the same day and then called and came early was done in no time and we were back in business. No mess and was very quick and professional!

It went well. The cost for a single toilet replacement was very high I felt. I’ve seen similar toilets retail for less than $200. I understand labor and removal costs - but for what amounted to about an hours worth of work, $1200 seemed a bit steep.

A repair my husband could have made with a part under $20.00 at Home Depot if he had not been out of town, and we could not wait. They are WAY OVER PRICED!!! I looked on Next Door and saw similar comments ..... wish I had checked here first. Because I was so angry I pursued a refund and thankfully was successful in getting a partial refund after numerous calls and discussions. Even so it was more expensive than it should have been.

This company was very helpful and courteous. They checked everything out to make sure it was in working order.

Work was completed as promised. Worker was polite, professional and on time.

Had to replace even some piping underneath one of the toilets. Nicely completed in one visit.

Once they figured out what the problem was, they did an excellent job. It took them around 4-4.5 hours to do. They were courteous, efficient, and sympathetic. They showed me what the problem was and explained what needed to be done.

They did an estimate and I ended up doing the work myself.

I used Benjamin Franklin for preventative maintenance on my toilet.

I have used them twice. They were very good. I had them out for plumbing in the past. There were also some sprinkler system issues. They came out and determined the issues.
