Description of Work: My notes are not handy at the moment. As I recall, I bought two toilet inspections/tune-ups. They performed them and installed a new handle on a third toilet. Description of Work: My kitchen sink was draining very slowly. Jason with Ben Franklin arrived right on time, went into detail explaining the procedure along with possible problems due to the age of my pipes. Fortunately he did not encounter any problems and my sink is now draining perfectly. By purchasing the coupon through Angieslist, I got a excellent job for a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend the company and would use them again.

Description of Work: Signed up for Hot Water Heater Flush and Plumbing Inspection. Had a toilet develop some issues from when I signed up in July and the August scheduled date and although I had gotten the parts had not had time to repair. Hot Water Heater Flush was excellent and Henry explained in detail what the annual flushing would do to prolong the life of the water heater. He repaired the toilet with no issue and noted some rubber hoses that needed to be replaced in the laundry room. In all took less than 2 hours and everything went excellently.

Description of Work: I have an old (+60 years) toilet. It started to run slow. Not an emergency, but Ben Franklin Plumbing came promptly and accepted a coupon I had, and with an auger (?) fixed the problem. He also cleaned off some of the lime. Very nice.

Description of Work: I came home after a hard day at work to find my old hot water recirculating pump had sprung a major leak! Two rooms in my basement were flooded. It was 8 pm and I couldn't believe that these guys would come out that night, let alone the incredible job they did. They also helped me to find a great clean up company that came out the same night as well! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and the work was well done in a timely manner. The first night they were there till almost midnight! I really can't say enough good things about these guys. My original contractor had done a really poor job at getting my hot water heaters and recirculate hooked up. In fact it was dangerous in some ways! Would recommend these guys again to anyone and will use them in the future! :) Many thanks! You guys saved the day!

Description of Work: I have actually had two encounters with this company. The first was several years ago when they put in a new water line under my hours. They used plastic rather than copper. The second was when one of my toilets did not flush properly. They made some adjustmets and it still did not flush. I told them that it had for over 20 years. The plumber said that was impossible and the only thing that could make it flush was to place a new vent on the house at a cost of over $1,000. That night I was contemplating what he said and wondering if the last 20 years when it did flush was some strange dream when my neighbor knocked on my door. He pointed out that a red light was on atop my grinder at the side of my house. The sewage grinder had gone out and the city fixed it the next day for $35
