They showed up on time. I liked that the Brad, the owner of the company, was on site during the installation.

Brad is great! Came out promptly, measured our windows, answered our questions, and provided a quote. He was not pushy nor did he try to "sell" anything. Zen sells a quality window by Soft-lite; they come with good reviews. The windows were ordered, and on the day of installation, the three man crew went to work . . .fast! Very nice installers; they knew their jobs and took extra care to be clean in our home. Also, their cleanup after each window installation was perfect! Brad came out several times during the process to oversee the work and ensure the installation was perfect. We are so proud of our windows and how they look! After researching many companies, I am so glad that I chose Zen Windows!

Had 10 windows installed, Brad did a fantastic job. His workers were fast and did a great job, everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Would definitely hire him again. The Zen process was much better than any window company I contacted. No home visit required, no snake oil salesmen involved, just upfront pricing and quality service. Best value by far.

Brad Alexander was responsive to all inquiries, flexible with my crazy schedule and overall professional person. We had 8 windows replaced in the front of our home. He stayed in touch throughout the ordering process - we had a custom size window. His crew arrived when they said they would be there, did the work and finished in a timely manner. The work was briefly interrupted because of the weather, but Brad kept us informed on when they would be able to finish, again working with our hectic schedules. After the work was complete, he double checked to make sure everything was operational and made minor adjustments in one window. He even did something extra for us that wasn't within the scope of his work! I highly recommend Brad Alexander and Zen Windows.

Excellent service and communication. I couldn't have asked for a better, easier experience. Estimate was fast and no pressure, windows were installed on time and the crew took extreme care of my home and paid attention to every detail. There wasn't a single piece of debris or even dust to be found when they were finished. I could not be happier!!

After shopping for windows for months, we decided on Zen Windows because Brad was so knowledgeable and easy to work with, and at that point, we really didn't want another window sales pitch! We had also read some favorable reviews about Soft-Lite windows and felt good about the product. We replaced 18 very old, wooden windows, including 4 large picture windows. Our experience really was very easy from start to finish, and we are very happy with the end result. The installation went smoothly, there were no surprises along the way, and our new windows look fantastic inside and out. We feel we got a very good value for the price. We had some less expensive quotes but didn't feel as comfortable with the companies. The customer service you will get from Zen is top notch, and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work. Initial quote by email from Brad, the owner, in about 10 minutes was confirmed by a visit about 2 days later. Actual installation was slightly delayed by about 4 weeks due mainly to worker shortage. One window arrived broken but was replaced in a timely manner. Besides that, everything went perfect.

Brad the owner of Zen Windows met with us and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the many options we had in replacing the windows. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our many questions about the best choices for our needs. Brad is a very congenial person who communicated with us in a timely manner through emails and phone calls over a couple of weeks as we made our decision about which windows to order. Everything was done in a very professional and efficient manner. The windows were ordered and an installation date was set. Brad and his crew arrived exactly on time and finished the project the same day. Brad on more than one occasion told us to let him know about anything, no matter how small, that wasn't exactly what we expected and he would make sure our expectations were met. Everything went very smoothly and we are delighted with the quality of the windows and the craftsmanship of the people who installed them. I honestly don't think the project could have gone any better. We will definitely use Zen Windows again as we continue to replace the original windows as our finances permit.

It was wonderful working with Zen Windows from start to finish. It was easy to get an accurate estimate of cost with my own general measurements and through talking with Brad, the owner of Zen windows, to answer any questions. Phone calls and emails were promptly answered/returned, and ample online information was provided. Once I decided to use Zen Windows (after getting other estimates/talking with companies) the process was efficient and painless. Zen measured, ordered, and installed with excellent communication and service. The windows are beautiful, and we are totally satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Zen Windows to anyone needing window installation or replacement.

Brad came to my home and removed one window for a sample to give to the people who were making the custom windows. He wanted to make sure there were no errors with the new windows. He covered the opening with a piece of pressed fiberboard. Once the windows were made, he installed them over a period of 3 days. He planned ahead and did this project methodically, which gave me the impression that he really knows what he is doing. If there were a grade on Angie's list higher than an "A", that is the grade I would give Brad. He was an excellent communicator and I always knew the progress of the project. His work was precise and the clean-up was pristine. Above that he was professional and courteous. One more thing I want to mention is that Brad has his degree in building. We are very pleased with our new windows.

I was looking online for window replacements and Zen Windows popped up... I loved the idea that I could get a quote without having to go to a store, or have some sales guy come to my house. So, I sent in the initial request for info and within minutes the owner had replied. He had me fill out a short questionnaire -- that included measuring for approximate window sizes. I didn't have to worry about getting the sizes perfect, or what type of windows I wanted. There was even an on-line brochure I could choose from. I sent the questionnaire back, and literally within minutes-- I had my quote. I haven't decided whether or not I'm ready to bite the bullet financially and replace my old, leaky windows, but when I do, I know these guys will get top consideration. Their speed and professionalism gave me the confidence that they would do a great job... I hope their product is as good as their service :)

We located this product and the local dealer, Brad Alexander, through the internet. Contact was made through email and a very brief phone call. We had an estimate within minutes and the price was reasonable. We were told that an installer would come to measure the windows to confirm our measurements. The installer came promptly and it turned out that we had not measured correctly; the windows were not standard size, but were larger. This resulted in an increased priced, but still within a reasonable range for windows that did not come "off the shelf." We had searched for several months for a way to replace the rotted wooden windows with a product that was comparable to all the other windows in the house. When we finally found Zen Windows and Brad Alexander we were very close to the schedule for putting our house up for sale. We were very afraid replacing these windows would delay being able to list the house. However, Mr Alexander was able to expedite the process and his installer was willing to cooperate. They actually installed the windows today, several days before the estimated time. The installation process went well. The crew of three men worked efficiently and skillfully. They were pleasant and polite. The project was completed in only about four hours. We are very happy with the entire process of contacts with the company and their timely communication with us. For example, when they received notice that the special size windows had been manufactured, they let us know immediately, lowering our level of anxiety about whether our windows would be replaced in time to meet our goal. We will highly recommend the Zen Windows product and the dealer's excellent customer service to all our friends and neighbors.

It went very well! I thought I would have to measure the windows perfectly before Zen could help me, but it didn't need to be exact... It was really very simple. I just gave an approximate measurement (top-to-bottom, side-to-side) of our LARGEST window, and counted up the total for all that needed replacing, and Zen took it from there. (Apparently, the cost is the same for all the smaller ones -- so the cost estimate is pretty accurate)... Then, if you decide to buy the windows, ZEN sends someone out to get exact measurements so there is no chance of me mismeasuring). I didn't realize getting an estimate could be so easy.
